I had wonderful experience at this AT&T store. Gianna S. helped me on two separate visits. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I purchased a new phone from her and visited a second time to ask questions about another service. I highly recommend visiting this AT&T store for your phone needs. Thank you Gianna for making my purchases so easy!

Horrible horrible 3.5hr experience to upgrade 2 phones. I love AT&T but this visit to this store almost ended me as their customer. They upgraded the wrong line, closing out someone else on my plan and giving that person no access to a phone and 4 hours away from me. No apology. Nothing to say sorry or help. Had to end up sending someone to drive to the person to help fix the phone that should never have been deactivated --
**UPDATE** been 3 days since this and still no resolution from ATT. I have been on the phone with the store and corporate CS many times. Asked for the store manager multiple times but "Jenni is busy" I left my number, no callback. They posted to please contact them, and I've been trying!!
**UPDATE 2** 7 days from when they "upgraded" the wrong line and then deactivated it in error, I finally got that phone back on with absolutely zero help from the store that made the mistake. Requested the store manager call me again, yet she still never has.

Moe was fantastic! I was pressed for time and as soon as I walked in, he asked what he could to help me and I was like get me outta here ASAP with a new phone and so he did. I made it to the bday bash in time Moe! Thank you so much...also, loving my new phone ?

Lloyd was the most amazing helpful.Patient knowledgeable a t and t representhat we could have ever wanted. We had to port in my mom's number which had recently been transferred to a different phone. It was just a mess and he helped us navigate the waters of cell phone service..

I have never written a review of any kind in my 52 years of life, but I felt the need to write one because of the disappointing experience my wife and I had at this location specifically with the store manager (see AT&T website, Folsom, CA, Palladio). This manager would do better to have more customer service training in our opinions. This gentleman was very condescending and belittling. Not to go into too much detail, but basically, the manager stated that because I'm getting a teacher discount I shouldn't complain about a broken glass protector (I've had many over the years and have never had an issue with protectors. However, both my wife and my screen protectors broke from minimal force shortly after getting new phones). He also told me it broke most likely because I was tapping too hard.
I've been an AT&T customer for about 20 years, but will be switching to another carrier (more to the story). As a teacher, I am use to being berated, but I was absolutely shocked on how my wife and I were treated. I would strongly suggest avoiding this location until the customer service improves. The store manager is young, so I'm sure with some leadership, he will develop better customer service skills.

I had my phone stolen and so I had to get a new phone. Tony was super knowledgeable on phone deals/promotions and was very helpful in setting up my new phone. He made the whole process very easy.

Ask for Alex if he is in the store that day - if not - just ask for help. Everyone has been kind and understanding to many issues that came up out of their control. This is the only AT&T store I go to now because of Alex & the team.

The most horrible customer service from a lady that worked there . Went to Eldorado hills AT&T asked if they could unlock my SIM card they said you will have to go to corporate “THEY CAN DO THAT THERE WITH NO PROBLEM “ they were really sweet so I drive over to AT&T in Folsom on vila felice the gal was so rude and didn’t ask me my account number am I customer NOTHING just was flat out lazy to do anything with my account she told me to call customer service ‘ ya good luck with that ! I told her I CANT CALL ANYMONE MY SIM IS LOCKED she said Ya ??♀️ So unprofessional ugh anyway
