I had my phone stolen and so I had to get a new phone. Tony was super knowledgeable on phone deals/promotions and was very helpful in setting up my new phone. He made the whole process very easy.

Ask for Alex if he is in the store that day - if not - just ask for help. Everyone has been kind and understanding to many issues that came up out of their control. This is the only AT&T store I go to now because of Alex & the team.

The most horrible customer service from a lady that worked there . Went to Eldorado hills AT&T asked if they could unlock my SIM card they said you will have to go to corporate “THEY CAN DO THAT THERE WITH NO PROBLEM “ they were really sweet so I drive over to AT&T in Folsom on vila felice the gal was so rude and didn’t ask me my account number am I customer NOTHING just was flat out lazy to do anything with my account she told me to call customer service ‘ ya good luck with that ! I told her I CANT CALL ANYMONE MY SIM IS LOCKED she said Ya ??♀️ So unprofessional ugh anyway

I've never experienced worst customer service at a phone store. I went in to buy two phones and have them activated and the process was a nightmare. I went in on a Saturday and was told to come back on Monday for my new phones. On Monday I called to see if my phones were ready to be picked-up and was told the rep "forgot to order the phone". I picked a new phone and got one phone activated. The other phone couldnt be activated because "it was stuck in processing, but it is reserved and can be picked up when the processing is complete". The rep stated he would get it cleared up. He never did, nor did he ever give me a status update. I called about a week later and he stated the phone couldn't be activated because I had to call AT&T and he forgot to call me to tell me this. I asked if this could be done today and he told me it couldn't. I called AT&T's customer line and they told me I could have my phone activated today. I went into the store and requested to talk to the manager. After waiting for 30 minutes, I complained about the wait time and again requested to talk to the manager. A few minutes later I met with the manager. He had no information about the phone that I wanted. It turned out the phone that was reserved for me was already sold to someone else. About an hour later, I finally had a new phone and it was activated. Avoid this AT&T location. It's a huge headache.

Team member who helped me in store was nice and quick but unfortunately I wasn't happy that my online order got cancelled due too my ID scan being too blurry. Once I get in store they had to reorder it and it pushed out my shipment for a whole week later than it would have been online. Also, they don't offer in store the ability to add the phone sales tax to your next bill... but online does. I think anything that's available online should be honored in the store.

STAY AWAY FROM FLIP / FOLD phones. Great store if you get a great phone. Got the new samsung flip 5g for free after turning in my working note 10+ and the Flip5 5G lasted 31 days and screen went black. After hours on the phone with samsung they sent me to there certified repair center "you fix we break" off sunrise after being promised a repair and quick turn around I ended up with no phone for one month and after 5 drives to the sunrise repair location and multiple work orders from samsung the repair store finally called and said my hard drive was fried and they couldn't fix it, WHAT HOW? Should be called " you break we break more". To finalize this, I ended up going back and buying a samsung glass screen NON FLIP PHONE. No credits or sorry's from samsung. Flip/ Fold phones look neat but the technology just isn't there yet and the AT&T store told me they fixed all the bugs and there very durable when i got it, used car mumbo jumbo say what the customer wants to hear. AT&T Store has great customer service but that's all I will say.
