I can’t thank Tracy enough for having this shop. It’s very clean comfortable and so well priced. Best place in Folsom no doubt. I will not go anywhere else. I came in the other day and got to meet the owner. (She purchased the business just a few months ago so please keep in my old reviews don’t reflect the current service provided). First off…on the phone she was so kind. She did my mani, and Dina did my pedicure. They accommodated my request for a more natural nail and had an option for nail strengthener instead of polish. It’s very clean with many different options. They were very thorough and I can tell they take pride in what they do. I met another lady there, I don’t remember her name but she was also very kind. I will tell everyone about this place because it’s so rare to find a place that is clean, efficient, with kind and talented technicians. I’ve been all over, high end places in granite bay and Folsom. This is my place now. Highly recommended.

My mother and I received pedicures at the same time and enjoyed our visit! They were very accommodating as I called for a same day appointment. The new owners and the ladies performing the pedicures were very nice! I received the best foot massage in a very long time - she even massaged my sore achy knees! The salon was incredibly clean, the pedicure smelled amazing, and the pedicure massage chairs were a treat.

First visit since new ownership, so happy with my pedicure. Great attention to detail and the most relaxing leg/foot massage! Super friendly owners, will be back!!

This salon is under new ownership as of either November or December 2024. I had not been since the previous owner, who was not there very long (this nail salon has changed hands several times).
The newest owners are super sweet and do very good work! They are husband and wife and both worked at a salon in Arden - many of their customers are driving to Folsom to see them! So far I’ve had two pedicures and a manicure and they’ve been great. My next appointment is for a pedicure and a dip! I’ve never tried that before, and I’m looking forward to it! The salon is also very clean and organized, it looks better than it has in years!

Natalie is gentle, thorough and helpful. It's quiet and relaxing and my feet have never looked or felt better. Treat yourself to the deluxe pedicures and you won't regret it.
For those of use who are older mature clients, the staff is always willing to help with getting in and out. Men, that means you as well.

My mom and I have been customers for 10 years. She recently went and right when she got outside of the shop she noticed there were a lot of bubbles in the polish. She called them to try to get it fixed and the man was beyond rude and hung up on her. Congrats guys you just lost two loyal customers.

Worst service ever !!!! About a month ago this young girl did my nails , and when I went to pay she was charging me $5 extra because she put glitter on my nails . I always get glitter and I had never had to pay extra , is the same polish !!!! I argued and they ended up charging me the same as previous times I went back today , same girl was there . She asked me to pick my color , do, I assumed she was going to do them since she was doing nothing but playing on her iPhone ... but NOPE, she passed me to another girl , and before she even got started , she said something to her in her language , and she got up and brought a young guy who had no idea how to even take off my gel polish . He cut my nails so short , you couldn't even shape them , he did not do the cuticle service and when he started applying the polish , she applied it way above the nail bed . I finally spoke up , and then , the girl next to him came to do it herself but had a horrible attitude , and was rushing without any care about how bad they looked . I told her to stop and do it properly or just let me go . To make a long story short , I was told they would only charge me $30 because the young guy only did quick color change not manicure!!!. I asked for a gel manicure when I call !!!! WT.... I paid the $30 and got out of there as fast as I could . I would NEVER go back , and I would not recommend this place to anyone !!! Do not use their services , rude and incompetent technicians . The only one who cares and does a good job is Lisa , but unfortunately, I felt so unwelcome there , that I cannot justify going there , not even for her .

Worst manicure of my life. She didn't even file the nails down and they are all at different lengths. She put glitter on one nail only and expected it to stay there when I didn't ask for glitter in the first place.... Was speechless at this experience I had.

Natalie done a great job and very patient with my mother acrylic nails, my mother usually does not know what she want on her hand till work have been done, and natalie nailed it. Recommend all the way.

I read the reviews on Yelp and I finally got a favors nails shop "Bebe Nails" in Folsom area. Ryan did a fabulous, thorough and speedy job on my acrylics. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly the entire time he worked on my nails. I really happy with my acrylics nails and they have held up amazing. I wanna share that If you love the supper long nails and fabulous design, don't hesitate to reach out to Ryan. Additional, everyone at the shop was very nice and welcoming, I will definitely be back in a fews weeks. Thanks Ryan and highly recommend Bebe Nails.

Went in to get my nails filled I was charged a few weeks ago just $40 this time they charged me 48 for the same thing except for they had to add 1 tip $8 = 1 nail tip And didn't bother to tell me this until I went to pay when it was all done. I decided to get a pedicure because I was long overdue wearing open sandals and flip-flops everyday the older lady that works there that does the pedicures had an attitude and pretty much embarrassed me. I will never go back there! They should refund me that pedi cure she didn't speak to me except for to ask what color I wanted I did not get a thank you I didn't get anything she just walked away after dealing with my pedicure.
