Ben's Barketplace in Folsom is absolutely amazing! The staff is always friendly, super helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. I was having a terrible time with my sweet Frenchie. He was dropping weight and I couldn’t figure out why. He was 2 pounds under the minimum weight for a French Bulldog. After eliminating major health problems I went to the Ben’s to see if they could help me. Ethan, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We switched to a raw diet and he worked with me over the coming months to find the right additive to help with calorie intake without gorging my dog. Now Ricky is at a healthy weight, fully energized and so much better. Thank you Ethan and Ben’s Barketplace!

Looking for chew treat for our puppy. Staff showed me many options in glass jars! Decided on cow ears that were low in fat and greese content...The chew agreed with our puppies stomachs doing back for more!

Everybody who works here is very nice all of the time, if there is something they don’t have but you want they will order it for you, a young man helped me bring a bag of cat litter all the way out to my car which was very nice, I’ve never had that offered before so I was very happy, I’ll keep coming back here, I only wish that they would expand their cat section more

I am always greeted upon arrival. The staff is knowledgeable and you can tell they care about your pets needs! I enjoy getting my pets food from a place that is committed to wonderful customer service and providing great quality food!

freezer burn! i started coming here when they first opened but quickly went back to my original shop because the frozen food here would always have freezer burn but i was in a pinch this week and swung by for my dogs food and years later they are still selling feeezer burnt dog food. unbelievable.
