I have to put this on the store but its the entire company and customer service organization - Ordered Stove/Oven early November, it arrives in mid January and is installed, oven stops working after 3 days. Stove picked up, we ordered another brand, it arrives mid February without LP Gas conversion kit. They said we need to go buy one. We said NO we already paid for one. They insist. We refuse the order. They magically come back 4 hours later with a "kit". I thought it was interesting as their new kit took mere minutes instead of the 30 it took to properly install the kit on the last stove. They leave, we are happy to finally have a stove so try to bake a pie and the stove spews propane gas into the entire house while we were doing yardwork inside except for our teenage daughter who now has headaches that wont stop. We air the house out and call them. They send certified installers out who point out all of the improper connections and wrong conversion kit. Told us it was unsafe to use the stove and they cannot repair it once its been damaged like this by previous installers due to liability so they order a new stove. New stove arrives near end of March and delivery guy is clueless. He is just to drop the stove off because PG&E, yeah the electric company normally does the propane conversions he says. Ok obviously we don't want this guy touching anything so we refuse the order and demand a refund. We are now chasing them down for the refund and to pick up their stove. 5 hours of being on hold dealing with folks on the phone from overseas and they agree to the refund and pick up but their "system" is not letting them do the order so they set it up for the store to do it. So now off to the store to try to arrange for this transaction. Do NOT buy appliances from Best Buy. This is as bad of service as we got from Hollywood Video, JC Penney and Blockbuster. They could not have performed worse if they tried. Hopefully the local vendor can sell us a stove with oven this year. Sure would be nice to have one again.

Yesterday I went to Best Buy because my phone had a problem. The associate who helped me was marvelous. Professional and knew exactly what to do. I was extremely happy with my experience and won't hesitate to return or to recommend your store to everyone. and the problem with my phone was resolved!

If you have an iPhone and need repairs Bestbuy in Folsom California is a great spot. Ian from the geek squad hooked me up in less than 2 minutes. He's the man and go back and request his assistance any day.

Charged me $125 to be in my house 5 mins & tell me to run an Affresh cleaning tab through it. They easily could've told me to check that over the phone.

Drove all the way down there with my PC thinking I would buy a new one and have them transfer everything. Waited around 30 minutes for someone to help me but nobody even attempted to. I walked out and drove home super disappointed. Thanks Best Buy your service sucks!
