Ive been a customer of Blue Ravine Storage for several years now and i recommend this facility because the on site manager, Kathy, is very polite and kind. Very good customer service!

When I walked into office, I felt so warm and Cathy was so friendly that I was Stunned!? I told her I really had an upsetting 68th Feb 1st Birthday week at a church shelter?in Rancho Cordova that didn't thoroughly screen some the HART homeless who wanted to get in our van, thinking up a way to be their Uber! Our van is really My hubby's and my Home, but 1 of the bully female homeless wanted her way, but next day, a tiny hole was punchered in my tire at the church! So, still, nobody was getting in our van after I could have hit someone! Lord, I was So?gratful when Cathy made a great deal of a FREE month that lighten the load in our van and off my shoulders, which I wasn't even making any room for "tag-a-longs" being disrespectful of our privacy!?Cathy made us SO relaxed with her Chua-Winnie, Grace,?!

While the customer service is awesome and Kathy is very helpful and friendly…I checked on my unit and there was water dripping from the ceiling inside my unit. I told them and they brought me a tarp and some objects that stick to the walls to help absorb condensation, but it was too late for my things. I moved out a few weeks later and every single box I had, there were well over 50, was destroyed with mold from the water/condensation. Everything inside the boxes was also destroyed. Family pictures that can never be replaced. My dad’s law school diploma. Clothes and more. I am heartbroken.

I am not one to write bad reviews, but the laundry list of things that went poorly during my experience made the whole situation very frustrating. Despite having a phone conversation with the office lady, we were given the wrong size storage unit. The unit we did receive was incredibly tall and deep but not very wide, making it a challenge to put anything in. The unit was down a hallway, angled to the right, and had a bar running through the middle that made it impossible to put in anything tall (despite the incredible height of the unit). On the day we moved stuff in to the storage unit, the sewage pipe had backed up so that the whole driveway was covered in p*** and bits of tissue paper. The office is closed for COVID, so we tried calling multiple times to make them aware of the situation but got no response. Finally, when trying to cancel my rental after a couple months, it took about a week of calling multiple numbers and completing the contact us survey on the website to get to get confirmation that my card would not be charged again. While the office ladies were kind and I can only imagine are having to face many obstacles due to COVID, this was an overall frustrating and disappointing experience.

Not available when hours of operation say so, closed on open days, open on closed days, out of office during business hours and never return calls. I've had my stuff stored here for 2 years and the service has been non existent and unavailable. It's so difficult to track these folks down- I just wanna pay my monthly dues! Gave my notice (was told I can slip a note under the door, so professional!) I tried 6 times to reach someone, both by coming by and calling. I'll just store my crap in my garage for less hassle ...

This is the first time that I have utilized a storage facility and I am very impressed with the quality of service that I receive from Sari and Damon. They are always available to assist me with whatever issues I have.
