We recently sold my mother’s property in Sacramento, and the professionals at The Blue Water
Group, lead by Matt Sundermier, handled the process perfectly. We interviewed a few realtors
and selected Matt for his ideas on our unique property, including his rationale for how to best
market the property and setting the listing price. The first offer we accepted went through
several iterations before reaching an aggreement, only to have the buyer backout on the last
day of escrow. Matt re-assured us there was still interest in the property. Sure enough, within
a couple of weeks, we received and accepted another offer, followed by s smooth escrow
process. The staff at The Blue Water Group were professional, knowledgeable and clear
communicators. In addition to handling the listing, showings, and negotiation, they assisted
with watering the plants and keeping the house looking great. The electronic signing process
was easy and convenient, and the mobile notary they arranged was great. We were referred to
Matt by a friend, and we are happy to recommend The Blue Water Group to our friends and
anyone who needs a professional, honest realtor team.

Everyone at the blue waters group was a pleasure to work with for our first time home buying process. Matt went out of his way to ensure we fully understood every step of the way. Including a detailed personalized video explaining what our projected payments would look like with different price points. It is very clear that Matt and everyone we worked with at the blue waters group cares deeply about their clients. If we decide to purchase again and have the opportunity to work with them again, it will be an easy decision!

We just closed on our house with the help of Matt and the Blue Waters Group. We were working with another lender and our real estate agent, but the lender we were working with wasn't being as communicative as they needed to be. We had tons of questions and were getting flat out wrong information from them that was both confusing and frustrating. We were referred to Matt with the Blue Waters Group and we called him up.
There was zero pressure or anything. He talked to us like human beings and explained the numbers of the other lender, and highlighted how they were incorrect. He wasn't degrading to the other party either, and exemplified humility, simply stating he had a "sharper pencil" than the rest. He sat down and spent time talking to my wife and I, and we weren't even his clients and he was answering questions for another lenders documents (because they were giving bad information). Matt earned our business that day. We were concerned that we wouldn't be able to close on our house in time because we were already under contract with a seller, and had only 14-15 days to get our loan application completed/submitted/approved/ and funded. Matt got that all to happen and we could have closed earlier if the sellers could have made it out. It was the smoothest and easiest experience I've had in a long time, and I really thought it was going to be a nightmare. The Blue Waters Group has earned a lifetime customer/referral in me and my family. They treat you right, shoot things to you straight, and they have the sharpest pencil around, making sure you understand everything and leave happy. 5 stars isn't high enough.

There are not enough words to express my gratitude for Blue Waters and Matt Sundermier!! Matt was my lender, and Realtor in some ways as well, through my home purchase. The trust and support I received was like none I ever experienced before, in any situation. And that trust and support continued even after my purchase. Unexpectedly, I needed Matt’s help with my mortgage company’s, continued miscalculation of my escrow account and for months he never left my side until its resolve.
