After being a client for 35+years Bob was no help when my mom had an accident. After giving us the account number he was unwilling to do ANYTHING ELSE to help. Don’t expect anything but collecting premium.

If I could give no stars I would. My mother has been with this agent for over 35 years. She had a serious car accident. Bob was called the next day. He did nothing not one thing to help us. Told by secretary she would transfer our call. NO HELP AT ALL!!!!

I have been with this agency for more than 20 years! I am surprised to see the previous comments below as my experience has been nothing more than amazing! Bob and his staff (specifically Cassandra) have gone above and beyond to help me and my family throughout my 20+ years with them and continue to be an advocate for clients if/when needed. My family and I have continued to stick with Bob and his Agency throughout my moves around CA and will continue to do so, primarily because of the way we have been treated from day 1 - today. Thank you Bob (and Cassandra) and Team - for always being there to help! Much appreciated!!
