I've purchased 2 homes with Brad from Guild and I have had others as well. Brad has always been professional helpful and personally calls me back almost every single time I had questions even years after buying my most recent home. I had to purchase the home I'm in through a different company because of some stipulations and was extremely disappointed with their service and was lucky enough to be able to have Brad refinance it and get back on his team. Highly recommend Brad!

Brad and his team (Whitney and David) at Guild were the best to work with on securing a loan for our new home--both in professionalism and kindness.
In the beginning, I appreciated that they provided multiple scenarios and options for our loan to understand what changes we could make to the downpayment, impact on monthly payment, etc. That transparency and clarity won me over initially.
We actually ended up going through the process twice with Brad as we backed out of our first home after inspection. The entire time, they were patient and also helped us to move quickly.
This is a team that prioritizes customer service and it shows. Thank you all at Guild!

Brad made the entire process easy to understand and walked me through all the steps. I was able to get the perfect house that checked all my boxes and couldn't be more happy! Communication with Brad and his team was easy and quick. Being a first time homebuyer, there is a lot of questions that I had, but Brad took time to answer each question happily and did not do so in a condescending way which helped this entire process be comfortable.
I was able to schedule meetings with Brad with ease, his availability was flexible and always with a positive attitude. Overall felt like I had a great team around me and they all helped me along the way!

I didn't feel bombarded early on, during the initial stages of looking for a home. Brad's team was very polite about keeping me in the loop about market shifts. And when it mattered his team was quick to act and deliver. They went above and beyond to ensure I was coming out on top.
