Recently I took my Lexus SUV to be looked at for a long scratch on my right fender. John Collier, the sevice advisor,told me that I could just replace the protection wrap on it ratther than spending thousands of dollars on a repair job. John was honest and helpful to the point of calling the company that replaces the wrap. I am grateful to John and will say that Caliber Collision has a honesty policy that is unbeatable.

100% recommend caliber collision on sibley. They gave daily updates on our vehicle and got it to us a day ahead of schedule. We were even able to leave our rental with them for return. Would use caliber collision again if the need arose.

Twice in the last year I’ve been rear-ended… fun times.
But both times, I took my car to Caliber Collision on Sibley and both times, they took amazing care of me.
They’re honest, communicative, and pretty fast about it which sadly feels rare these days. If something’s delayed or parts are not up to par, they tell you straight up. No BS, no cutting corners. I always feel like my car is in good hands and, more importantly, that it’s safe when I get it back.
Big shoutout to Leslie, who is an absolute rock star. She kept me in the loop the whole way through and made everything about the situation so much easier with her communication.
Good people, great service, and quality work. I hope I don’t need collision repair again anytime soon — but if I do, I’ll 100% be coming back here.
