“There always room for improvement “.The pumps are well accurate and clean.The free window cleaner water is clean.Lots of paper towel at the pump.The inside is well organized.Bathroom is clean and sanitized.Great car wash. Better than the traditional car wash.

Just got told by Chevron on Greenback and Auburn-Folsom Rd. to go somewhere else with my business. I put $135 of fuel in my truck 15 minutes ago. I had a lottery scratch off ticket that was a $100 winner and I took it inside afterwards and asked to verify it was a winner and then cash it in. The cashier was absolutely friendly, but said she just started her shift and didn't have enough money to cash my ticket and that she would get the manager to get my payout, I assumed from another drawer or a safe or whatever... He was nearby, in the isles putting stuff on the shelves. I hear her ask him to get me my money and he tells her no, I will have to go somewhere else. After overhearing this, I question him about getting my money from another source (safe, another cashier drawer, etc.) and that I would prefer to not go anywhere else. He got indignant over this and said he would not pay me and I need to go somewhere else. This felt completely like he was too busy putting merchandise away to be bothered by a customer issue... I said I spend a ton of money at this business and he said, verbatim, "I don't care about your money ". I was floored by his response!! Before I left this business, I told him that I live around the corner and I am a regular customer. I fuel up both of our vehicles there to the tune of $800-$900 dollars per month and was he willing to lose a customer over what amounts to not even trying to provide good customer service?... apparently he was. I will be trying to contact the owner of that business... See ya Chevron

This is a review based on my experience yesterday. I flew in from Orange County yesterday morning for one night two day business trip. Was driving, depending on Google Map on my phone and all of a sudden my phone shut off. I had the phone connected to an external battery which I had made a mistake of connecting it into an INPUT instead of OUTPUT. I had a wrong cable! So it drained my phone completely. I needed that map to get to my appt! I saw Chevron and went in looking for a cable. First man that greeted me showed me some options and another man, Paul, took over and helped me. I was so nervous and frustrated at that time because my appt with a client was in 4 minutes. Paul found the right cable right away, opened it to make sure it was the correct one. I went to my car to charge it but it was just too slow. So I went back inside and he was able to charge the phone for few minutes until I was able to at least turn it back on. Now, this may not sound like much but for me, I felt like he saved me from drowning! I had to leave quick for my appt and since I am not from that area, and I am flying out today. But wanted to leave a review and show my appreciation. Thank you, Paul! You saved my day and my trip!

Just went in for a couple things, and the lady working the register tonight was extremely rude and told me hurry up (I was on the phone with my dad asking him what kind of cigars he wanted) and pick something or take my call outside. Nobody was in line behind me or even in the store. I get it if it's busy, but it wasn't. I was not slow at all. I'm not one to ever make a review but, I just had to. So I'm just really upset and it kind of ruined my night.

Was in there around 6pm yesterday. I had to use the ATM and clerk pointed over to the machine. One of the mangers was ranting about something in regards to work and was distracting the other employee from doing their jobs and helping customers. I preceded to use the ATM and went to the counter to pay for a item. I waiting 5 minutes with no help at all. Both employees were in the back and could care less that I was even in the store or wanted to pay for a item. I left the store and left my stuff on the counter. Go across the street to Shell. Waste of time.

Almost month as they can't fix car wash terminal and you should go to the shop to pay for a car wash. Unfriendly staff you must stay to queue just to ask anything.
