The lady was extremely rude and basically kicked us out of the store for no apparent reason. 0/5 would not recommend.

It has been nearly three years since I lasted stopped into this Chico's boutique. I stepped on in a few days ago to shop for a Mother's Day gift. This is my mom's favorite clothier. Anyway, the customer service was quite different from my last visit. It was top notch. The associates were welcoming and helpful without being overly intrusive. Super cool group of ladies. The store was tidy and the clothes were beautifully displayed. This particular location has a limited selection of petite sizes in store at the moment. They have more inventory online. For newbies, Chico's is a chain of women's clothing stores. The stores are small boutiques that carry clothes and accessories. The clothes are made of quality material. Most of the clothes are wash n wear but look like dry clean only. Price points are on the higher end, but they do have the frequent sales and clearance racks. Plus do not freak out when you see their sizing. They have their own size chart. I call it the " feel good size" chart. Sizes range from 000-4. Chico's size 000 is XS -size 0, 00 is S- size 2... all the way to Chico's 4 is XXL - size 22. They are located in the Folsom Palladio Center. They are on the corner across the street from the Barnes & Noble bookstore.

I visited this store in the afternoon of 10/6. I had a $200 gift card and a coupon tucked into my purse. As I entered I noticed 1 customer and 2 clerks. First, the inventory was quite limited. Perhaps they don't realize it's fall now or having inventory acquisition issues but wow... no sweaters, just a few expensive blouses. There were some tables of ankle pants but finding something to go with it nearly impossible. Secondly I felt invisible. I was neither acknowledged or asked if I needed help. After two trips around the store looking for something to buy and no comment from anyone, I walked out with my $200 still tucked in my purse. Wow... they need help to make a trip to this store worthwhile.

My friends and I were lectured by the greeter for “killing her conversion rate” and was very rude and treated us as lesser customers because we were a group of seven.

The greeter told my friends and I that we were killing her conversion. She told us that since we were simply a group of 7 and us walking out with nothing made her store look bad. She was rude and we will not be coming back.

A woman greeted us and treated us with disrespect made us feel uncomfortable and made us feel like we had to leave. She assumed we were loitering and lectured us.

The woman who greeted my friends and I was disrespectful, assumed we were loitering, and “reprimanded” us for walking in and “reducing conversion” of the marketing of her store.

Great people to help you. They get to know your likes and dislikes and help you shop. They call to let me know certain and styles I like have arrived. They are always professional and very friendly.

I was with my wife while she shopped. I was impressed with the ladies working inside on how welcome they made me feel and how they assisted shoppers even if they were not purchasing.
