“In Folsom for the weekend, we attended an early Sunday mass at St. John's. New to the area, we weren't sure we were in the right place when our GPS said we had arrived at what looked like a school parking lot. But other people seemed dressed for church, so we parked and followed them. finding the church a short distance away, hidden by lovely trees. St John's Church is large and modern with a beautiful wooden ceiling, pews, and capped by a lovely altar. It really has some striking architecture. In spite of the early hour, there was a large congregation, make me for a festive atmosphere. Although just visiting, attending this mass was memorable.”

“Bayside Folsom Church is an incredible place to worship God and build relationships with fellow Christians and the Folsom community. My family and I have been attending here for 5 years and my faith has never been stronger. Come join us this Sunday!”

“I am a total stranger to the church. I happened to visit the DMV office couple suites away in the same building earlier today and found my electric motorcycle running out of battery, ready to die any time. With its 110V charger with me, it needs a regular outlet to charge the battery. After being rejected by several other stores in nearby area, I happen to see the sign of the Faith Baptist Church. I went inside and Pastor Ron was kind to provide an electric outlet in the back side of the church to charge my motorcycle battery. Some people may think it a minor favor, but I could be in big trouble without this good Samaritan deeds from Pastor Ron. Thank you, Pastor Ron. You saved my day. May God Almighty bless this church, Pastor Ron, and its good members.”

“Been getting to know the staff and people for the past year and feel we finally found a church to which we can comfortably invite anyone. I don’t think anyone will feel judged, not cool enough, not good enough, or not fancy enough.Ideal for spiritual seekers who don’t want to feel preached at, but rather, encouraged to keep seeking in a gentle community of support. Ideal for evangelicals who have been alienated by church abuse, Hypocrisy, political right wing uniformity, or dogmatic black-and-white thinking which leaves no room open for the mystery of the God of the Bible. Ideal for church goers who never felt they could quite fit in to the church “social club” or never really wanted to.This church is one in a thousand. I know, because I have visited about 1000! This church does a well organized summer arts camp instead of a VBS, but with similar goals. There are revolving art exhibits in the foyer, and creative arts classes offered. There are no “worship superstars,” just some really talented and humble rotated musicians. Of course there’s a choir, and good programs for the kids. The pastor is insightful, intelligent, and articulate… Yet amazingly down to earth, humble, and transparent from the pulpit and in person. You’ll get the feeling that we are all in this “striving toward godliness and realness” together. This church expresses in action a concern for the poor and marginalized.”
