But the cherry on top was Liz who checked us out at the register and helped up get a great deal on the BOGO (which I had no idea about) and figured out how to split our purchases into two payments while maintaining the discount on our items. Literally a genius. She went above and beyond’s beyond her pay grade for us. I still feel bad for putting her through that but she was so kind and willing throughout the whole process! “Best in folsom outlet, always good options with good price and good discounted price. Gap is a decent store where you can find all kinds of purpose clothes at good price. Kids wear, men's wear or women's clothing everything you will find in 1 store. Try it”

“It was a cold, rainy day and I had unfortunately misplaced my gloves while walking down Sutter Street. Not to mention our 6 year old didn't bring a pair. After asking nearby businesses if they carried gloves or mittens, they mentioned we might be in luck with this boutique! Thankfully they had hats, scarves and the high-quality brand of gloves I love! I got the last festive color CC Lined Cable Knit Ribbed Gloves in Burgundy for myself and Ribbed Gloves in Clay for my daughter! They definitely kept my hands cozy, bonus they touch-screen and her pair were big on her, but she loved them and they kept her cozy as well during the holiday event we attended! I would recommend this boutique and we'll definitely be returning to this small business to shop until we drop ha ha! The staff member working was really sweet and when my daughter asked what all the doors were for, she said they offered waxing, eyelash extensions and even had a hair salon in the back! Talk about a one stop shop! SYOY! :)”
“The sales person was very helpful and pointed us at the right aisles and also showed us which ones had better promotions running. Have a good selection of workout clothes, Tees, socks and underwear for both men and women. The clearance section has steeper discounts but you might not always find what you want there but the other aisles had some kind of discounts running as well. Giving it five ⭐ just for the customer service that we were provided with. The other person seemed to be very friendly as well and was helping one another customer in the store.”

“Terra Cottage is my favorite local store to shop in Folsom. I love their clothes and they are excellent quality! Affordable price too! Their staff are always friendly and helpful! Katie has always been attentive whenever I visit the store.I usually buy online and just do local pick up. “H&M is always busy with lots of people inside the store. This one in Folsom is no exception. This store is enormous, and many customers there try to find the clothes that they want. The prices of clothes and accessories in H&M are from low to medium with pretty good quality. They have clearance racks, and the price starts from a few dollars. The workers at the cashier counter are friendly and quick. The line is moving very fast. The parking in front of the store is hard to find parking. The parking garage is a little far from the store.”

She helped me find the right style of shorts that I wanted for my 15 year old daughter "not too short!" Arden's Forever 21 store is larger and has more merchandise, but I find that a smaller selection with well-organized products leads to a more pleasing and easygoing shopping experience for me.”
“I Must Compliment GUESS FOR A GREAT IMPROVEMENT. I went to this Outlet about 6 months ago and got into an incident with the Manager. I was upset because I was waiting in line for 10min and it did not move. The young ladies that were working there were doing there best but they had issues with one of the Registers and it wasn't working Right. I ask one of the young ladies if I could speak to a manager, one of the workers there spoke up and ask if she could help me and I simply asked if they could open another register because one of them was not working and there was a third register that was not being used. There were plenty of customers waiting, and she told me if I didn't like it I could leave her store. I then asked if she was the manager and if I could have her name. She told me she was one of the managers and refused to give me her name. I left inferiated and as soon as I got Home I Called the GUESS FACTORY CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND REPORTTED THE UNEXCUSABLE ACTIONS OF THEIR EMPLOYEES.I JUST WENT THERE YESTERDAY AND THAT HORRIBLE MANAGER WAS GONE AND A NICE RED HAIRED LADY HAD TAKING HER PLACE. GREAT IMPROVEMENT. ONLY THING I THINK THEY NEED TO IMPROVE ON NOW IS THERE HAD ALMOST NO MENS SHOES. I LOVE GUESS JEANS AND WANT TO COMPLETE MY OUTFIT. SO IF YOU CAN MAKE MORE MENS SHOES AVAILABLE FOR GUESS JEANS.”

“This Tommy Hilfiger Outlet Store is one of the best stores in Folsom Premium Outlets. It is at the heart of the outlet mall. Close to everything in the mall. This store is always well organized and the salespersons are helpful. I can found what I'm looking for in a very short period. I can see the store does have a lot of good bargains in there. They are organized by size and color. Finding what I'm looking for is easy. The store is located in the middle of the whole outlet mall with many parking in front of it. You may have to park your car with a little walking to the store. They do have a few parking right in front of the store, but you have to be very lucky to get one!”
