Coach Outlet is a global fashion house and leader in leatherware located in Folsom. The store offers the season's latest styles, including handbags, backpacks, wallets, shoes, accessories, and clothing for men and women at prices not found elsewhere. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, professional, and kind, providing great customer service with clear product information. They assist with orders, resolve issues, and create a warm, comfortable, and easy experience. However, the merchandise is now mostly non-leather, incorporating lots of plastic, which feels like any other fashion brand. There can be a long line at the store. Despite changes in materials, many customers remain loyal and plan on returning.
I walked in and asked for a little help finding some gifts amd the women walked me through the whole store helping pick out each gift. She was so nice amd helpful, pointing out sale items and small items that really made my gifts special. I will definitely go back and look forward to the excellent help from the staff.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had an unusual issue with a gift and they were able to sort it out and assist. Highly recommend!
