The staff is always friendly and helpful. It's a great place to pick up discounted price salon items if you're a licensed cosmetologist. Sometimes they're out of stock on the items I am looking for, they are helpful on letting you know when it might be in or getting it ordered or holding it for you when it arrives.

I can never find what I need here they are always low on stuff I ask someone to give me a price on a color and she ask me for my cosmo card I didn't have it on me and she refuse to give me the prive never heard of this before I called another store and they gave me the price. Selena you need to learn customer service. Had another bad experience I will not be coming back I’m returning everything I got because I’m not giving my money to a store like this they need to close this store I’m taking this to corporate now this is insane came in and Alex kicked me out I was shopping for a blowdryer and other stuff I told her I just needed a blonder she didn’t even help me but took my cart and started to ring me up and then ask for my id and I ask if I can return the blowdyer if it’s not the one I have she said not if I open it or I have to argue that with the manager. Where is the customer service here. Will not be back

Like this place. The gals that work there are always nice, helpful.The supplies for nails are getting smaller and smaller. Wish they'd rethink this.

I have been in here many times and never really felt comfortable or welcome. About a month ago I had such a bad experience ill never be back. Upon entering a heavy set women was just inside the door. With a VERY rude and demanding tone asked what I wanted. I said "I'm here to get some color". She says "do you even have a license?" "What?" I asked. "You know like a professional license this place is for pros only!" She say. I was absolutely shocked by her tone and how condescending she said it to me. I said yes of course this lady knows I'm in here all the time (another employee was standing there.) At this she turned and went in back. I cant remember the last time I've been treated so rudly and ill take my business else were.
