Courtyard Sacramento Folsom offers a generally positive experience for guests, particularly those looking for a convenient stay while traveling. The hotel features clean rooms and a pleasant layout, making it a step above typical highway side accommodations. Guests appreciate the helpful breakfast staff and the nice courtyard/patio area, ideal for gatherings. However, some visitors reported issues, including an unwelcoming overnight staff member and difficulties with room phone calls. There is ongoing construction outside that has caused some inconvenience, and guests noted that parking fees seem excessive for this type of hotel. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's location near food and amenities adds to its appeal, making it suitable for quick stays or events like meetings and parties.
