Never ever get your prescriptions filled here. The pharmacy will lie to you about your prescription status, last night they sent me to voicemail so I left my information asking if I could pick up my prescription. They don’t call back until after the pharmacy is closed (which is weird to call someone when you’re “closed”) to tell me my prescription was ready at 7:30, but I could come pick it up at 9 am when their pharmacy opens. I manage customer service so i understand sometimes it takes a minute to open a department so I waited til 9:30 to give them adequate time and when I showed up they told me my prescription wasn’t ready and this rude girl named Siena (she wasn’t the actual pharmacist but a technician filling the bottles) tried shouting at me to gaslight me that it was an automated message telling me it was ready, when in fact it was one of their technicians who physically called me, which is wild to try to gaslight someone who is ill. There is no accountability in this pharmacy besides for Teresa who is the most empathetic and humane person who works in this department. I just don’t see why the Pharmacist and her technicians felt the need to laugh in someone’s face when they are voicing the frustrations of their lack of knowledge and organization. I will never be coming back here due to the way I was treated and I hope others don’t get treated this way. My suggestions: make all your employees review your company core values, and hold your teams accountable for mistakes, that’s the only way people will learn. As for the rude one who tried to gaslight me, you don’t deserve to have a job in a field where you’re supposed to help people, because you did nothing but make yourself look like an ass in front of your customers and teammates.

Awful pharmacy, terrible customer service, they get nothing done, requires numerous phone calls and inquiries and then pharmacists get an attitude. They tell you to use the app, and then the app doesn't work.

I only left one star because I couldn't leave a review without leaving at least one star. If you are considering using this PHARMACY, save yourself a huge headache and just don't. You will never, ever, under any circumstances be able to get anyone on the phone at this pharmacy to ask even the simplest questions. There is sometimes an option to leave a voicemail, but nobody returns your call. Customer service is atrocious. I would highly recommend bringing your prescriptions elsewhere.

Waiting in line overhearing the head pharmacist complain to his coworker how messed up cvs inventory system is, and how impossible it is to manage. The same pharmacist gives the most short and curt counsels. So while waiting in line I decided it was time to transfer my prescriptions to Safeway Fair Oaks. Pharmacist was so pleasant and customer focused. Adios CVS forever

Bo Ho (Rx manager) is the most incompetent and rude person in this CVS - that has long lacked any decency in service, anyway. Bo Ho was unable or unwilling to order a refill for over two weeks when I already ran out of it. When I complained to him, he tried to cover up his incompetence with the rudest outburst that I have ever experienced. I transferred my account to a competent vendor - and the medication was filled overnight! (CVS does not deserve even a single star - should go out of business IMHO.)

Today my husband and I stopped in to receive the 2023 updated Covid-19 vaccine, recommended as well from my doctor for pregnancy. We also purchased some allergy meds, including one comparable to Zyrtec since my allergies worsened during pregnancy. And I have to say I felt an instant relief of my symptoms! There's something about CVS that I just love! They have great sales, accessories, gift options, a convenient pharmacy and even offer vaccines! This location is no exception, the staff are always so helpful and sweet and everything is well organized! I would highly recommend this location and we'll continue to support them! I'll be back most likely in a couple weeks to get my Flu vaccine that was also recommended by my doctor! SYOY! :-)

'23/8 1st review, but handful customer past year:-- Easy access off 2 main roads, but face of large, stand-alone building not visible until pull into huge, free parking lot (plenty of handicap spots up front).-- Pharmacy Hours: 9a-7p Mon-Fri, Sat 10a-6p, & Sun 11a-5p (pic posted). BUT, also, closed 1:30p-2p daily for lunch (pic posted).
