These guys are a high tech mess, doctor sends prescription to them I get message they received it, gave estimated pickup time. when I check back at the promised time it says ‘check back again’, and went to store they said delayed, asked to wait for another 20-30mins. Such a mismanaged place… not the first time. And for refill, thus store won’t refill till the last day, if you lose pills by chance or fell short, you are at your own risk.

Unfortunately, this location has the worst and slowest service I’ve experienced. I’ve visited other locations and never had any complaints — the difference is truly noticeable. I hope management takes steps to improve the customer experience here.

NEVER COME HERE They tried to charge me 161 dollars for ondansetron! It frigging cost 17.57 at Walmart without Medicare card! Luckily I had Medicare card and it cost 15 but my gosh! 161 dollars! Plus the woman at the counter was very rude when I was showing her my Medicare card and told me I had to go to another counter !

The pharmacy here is horrible. There is always a long line. They never have the right information in the computer. Honestly, I believe they are not honest with their customers about insurance policies and co-pays. I use to go to another CVS pharmacy in another city and had NO ISSUES!!! This pharmacy has been nothing but that. I get extra prescriptions being refilled that I didn’t authorize and neither did my doctor. I had different copay amounts given to me on different days. I had medications that were approved that my life depended on and I was never told they were ready to be picked up. This place is a disaster. Especially the lady pharmacist who was working Saturday evening 2-8-25.

Told I can purchase retail at the pharmacy, great lets do that. But sale prices don't apply, if you ask why no sales price they say no retail purchases at pharmacy go to front of store. If you are confused, so am I

I really don’t know why there are such bad reviews. I have been coming to the CVS and use the Pharmacy for about 3 years. Love this CVS the staff are very helpful, pharmacy staff always go above and beyond to help me. This one is my favorite.

They gave me medication that had the expiration date scribbled out, it was expired. They placed a sticker over my husband’s medication, it was also expired. No call back when I tried to contact them.

This is one of the most organized CVSs in the Sacramento area. All the shelves are clean and filled with merchandise or medicine. An employee even walked by and asked if he could help. It was hard to get from CVS or Walgreens anymore. The store still looks old, but clean and well maintained. Most of the items are in stock. The parking lot is safe, and easy to park my car in front of the store.

I like shopping @CVS because I know the out lay of the store & it’s easy to find what I’m shopping for. Cashier are usually very nice. The only thing I don’t like is having to pay for bags @ check out. I know all store change for bags.
