She goes above and beyond ordinary customer service, and makes you feel like a treasured and valued friend.

Love this place. The atmosphere is friendly and the technicians are great at their craft. Lin did a great job on my nails which were in terrible shape. My pedicure was great too. Great massage! Thanks for rescuing me! Highly recommend.

This was the absolute worst manicure I've ever had. The tech was sloppy, fast, cut my cuticle and burned another nail bed using the dremel too hard. She was working so fast she kept making mistakes and getting gel polish all over my fingers. After I watched her file every nail on my left hand at an angle I asked her for the file and started to straighten them up myself. She didn't like this and grabbed the file back and was even rougher than before. She started having a loud conversation with the salon owner in Vietnamese that I'm pretty sure was about me. I wanted to walk out but my sister was visiting and getting her own manicure...I didn't want to raise a scene. Unsurprisingly, my "gel & dip" started chipping after 2 days. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Once they get you seated they're totally rude and disrespectful.

Cleanliness: Very clean and neat every time I'm there.
Stylist: Kim has been doing my nails for over 20 years. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and excellent at what she does.

Kim is THE BEST! There isn’t a design that she can’t do for you! She doesn’t rush you and she always has a smile on her face. She is such a hard worker and her compassion for her clients is unmatched! Her pedicures are outstanding as well!

The salon is great… Kim does an outstanding job. She is very detailed and meticulous. She does the best nails ever. So pleased with the results. Best shop in Folsom. Lily the owner is very friendly.

This is the best salon in town! Kim is the absolute BEST!! She takes the time to personally get to know her clients and their needs. My nails and toes always look perfect and last! Very nice, clean ,comfortable atmosphere.

Kim is amazing! She does my fingernails-dipping, and does an excellent job. Plus she is so nice, and helpful...I drive 40 minutes to still go to her. I know others there are excellent too,... I used to get pedicures there all the time when I lived in Folsom, and they did a great job. They autoclave clean their instruments, etc., which I really appreciate. It's also such a relaxing, nice salon to go to. I always feel welcome, and they take time with the nail services when you're there. I've never felt rushed or hurried through. I highly recommend excel nails salon!
