I had ordered a decal on ETSY (first mistake). And apparently an actual snail was to deliver it…. I had a deadline of Saturday and was notified that my delivery would not be delivered until Monday… now in a total state of panic I googled printers In Folsom. I walked into FASTSIGNS hopeful but realistic. I was met by lots of smiles and a very helpful staff! They were able to make exactly what I needed. My pick up was to be the next day and to my pleasant surprise I received a call within a few hours that it was ready!!! I could not be more pleased with the service I received!!!

First contact was good. But they are incredibly slow. I started to work with them in April. I didn't have images in the right format so they told me it would be 6-8 weeks for their designer to do the work. So instead I paid someone online to do the image work. Got that done in a matter of days. Sent images to Fast Signs and they took 3 weeks to get them in to production. I approved proofs early June, the same day they sent them. It is now middle of July and they still don't have time for install. They keep saying they have no crew. Don't take my money if you can't do the job in an adequate timeframe. I told them I needed install in June. And I am still waiting on an install date. I'm excited for the final product and I will update my review when they finally install everything.

Fast Signs Folsom did a great job making the lettering for the mirror. They were fantastic to work with.
