My son and I visited after Christmas, and we had a great time shopping.
They receive new merchandise frequently and there is something for every age group.

I had a fairly strange shopping experience at this location today. I was able to find many fun stocking stuffers and ended up with a very full cart. Was also wrangling my toddler. When I brought the cart to the front a store associate let me know that I was not allowed to bring the cart outside the store. There should be an exception if customers will bring the cart back as there is a no bag policy in California. I left the store to go grab my reusable bags and by the time I got back the associate had rung up all of my items and stacked them in the self checkout area. There were several items I wanted a price check on before purchasing. I felt pressured to just pay the entire total and bag the items as my toddler was getting really restless. The total was over $120. Then I was barely able to carry the bags out of the store without a cart and had to worry about my toddler in a very busy parking lot. A car with a distracted driver almost backed into us, I had to drop bags to grab my baby. I understand that it may be a hassle to have to retrieve carts from the parking lot, but there should be some sort of exception if a customer with so many items/small children will promise to return the cart once the car is loaded. I also think it is bad business to ring up an order without the customer present to confirm purchases.

Got yelled at by lady that was working there because i went to one of the self check outs that was open because they were helping someone else and she yelled hey next time you can't just walk up you have to have us scan them which I wouldn't have cared but she yelled it right next to me and had an attitude towards me I also only had one item

Two stars. Went to self-checkout and the cashier said, “We don’t normally allow self-checkout but we have a line, so I’ll allow it.” If the store is set up for self-checkout, don’t make customers feel like they’re doing something wrong. After that the employee watched my entire transaction and acted like he was targeting me. When asked whether I’d been greeted I truthfully said no, and he loudly insisted he had greeted me. Very unsettling experience — not how a customer should be treated.

Wish I'd looked at her name, but the young lady who helped us check out on Friday, April 11 was delightful (Bosses if you're reading this, check the schedule and find out who was working) She was friendly, polite and efficient. Very refreshing in a world where customer service seems to have gone the way of the Dodo Bird.

They know the stuff they sell sucks, broken seals on the shelf, broken battery packs, even though you buy something an hour before returning you STILL need your receipt for a SIMPLE exchange. Ridiculous.

Dude that works the front is insufferable and annoying, store only has self check out stands but you’re absolutely NOT allowed to check yourself out, and dude is saying we can’t bring our own bags in anymore? And you guys don’t supply free ones, trash establishment, trash employees, trash location for such a nice shopping center
