I brought my vehicle here to have the A/C system replaced in 2021. Every since they worked on my vehicle I have had non-stop problems with my A/C. I've had to bring my truck back several times because of errors they made. They assured me that if I had more A/C issues, that they would be willing to fix it because they were aware A/C units are only utilized certain times of the year and it would be hard to gauge the problem in a short period of time after each fix. I am experiencing more A/C problems again, so I went in there today to have them look at it and they refused to work on my vehicle because they said it's outside of the warranty. But they never fixed it right in the first place. The owners and employees are very cocky and rude. They basically stole $2300.00 from me. The parts and labor are extremely overpriced. I suggest you do not get your vehicle fixed here, or you'll be dealing with cocky men that have no moral compass, as well as they are willing to make money at your expense.

We brought our 2003 SUV in for a new ac compressor install need in diagnosis from another mechanic. Folsom Autotech called and said no compressor needed, just a serpentine bent tightening. Honest mechanics are the best. Based on this we'll be going back when service is needed!

I was quoted a ridiculous amount to fix my truck at the dealership and I was referred to Folsom Autotech for a second opinion from Tire Pros in Folsom (also great). Not only was the quote from Folsom Autotech HALF of what the dealership quoted, once they got into my truck, they realized that I didnt need some of the work that was assumed to be necessary. They could have done the work and just charged me what was quoted but they went out of their way to save me money and do only what was necessary.After that, I took my car to them (which also broke in the same week) and the bill came back 200 bucks less than what they initially quoted AND the car drives like a new car. This is an honest place to do business with and I will be taking my cars here going forward.

My wife’s car suddenly was losing power and couldn’t drive it. We had it towed to Folsom and Autotech where they found the problem and fixed it immediately. Jim and his crew were awesome as I was out of town and could not handle everything. They stayed in touch with my wife throughout the process I am very grateful for their support. I brought two of our cars here for the etch and catch program and I always have positive experience.The AC on our 17 yr old Honda Accord is not getting cold and we brought it Thursday morning to have it diagnose and they had to replace with new AC and they finished the next day. Melanie scheduled me right away after I emailed her for estimate the same week. It was quick and professional service! Ron and Jim are great! They also offer veteran's discount. I was in a pinch, needing a smog immediately. Gave them a call, and even though they are by appointment only, they told me to come on by. Smog was very affordable compared to what some places charge. Will likely be going back to these guys, I'll be sure to make an appointment next time!
