I’m 70 years old I’ve had my second detail at Folsom dam car wash and detail. all my life I have never had a better detail on a car and a more wonderful customer service team. I am honestly without words to describe the incredible detail to my detail. I couldn’t have given them a big enough tip absolutely astonishing amazing. Fantastic unexpected ! Paid 60 for the beat wash and the inside looked away just a basic vacuum but outside of car STILL had clear dirt on the side and they passed it off as okay. For $60 i would expect it to be dirt free. Would not recommend also they use cheap productsService: Auto detailing

Always comes out GREAT. My dad and I both go here. Interior details are top-notch. Restaurants all over the place will keep satisfied.

This is the only 100% Hand Car Wash in town and surrounding areas. No brushes in their tunnel. I have been going to Folsom Hand Car Wash since it opened and have been pleased with the outcome every time. Friendly staff, comfortable waiting area, and well stocked store make it a pleasurable experience. I highly recommend this hand car wash.

Fully brushless car wash. From the time I drop my car at the vacuum until I pock it up after drying and cleaning thoroughly inside, I am assured that my car is in good hands. The rear wiper blade is taped down and care washing the car by brushless stations is good

I have been to many car washes and detail shops. This is the most amazed I have ever been when picking up a vehicle! I have a 2004 Toyota sienna van that I love dearly I have not had it cleaned deeply for many years. When I arrived to pick my car up, my mouth fell open open my eyes were wide I was so shocked it looked like it came out of the show room seriously it's a win win place to go! Tell them Donna sent you

Friendly service, hard workers. This place is meticulous. Car hasn't looked this good since driving off the lot brand new... actually, I think it looks better now! Definitely seek this place out if you're in need of a full detail. Pay the extra for pet hair removal and seat shampoo if you have pets and kids.

After three winter storms up I-80, I wasn't expecting a whole lot, but when I went out to my car I was amazed. If that's what they do with the hand wash treatment, what would a detail job look like? I may add a review next week - I bought one for my wife's car

Very pleased with the results. Even the hard-to-reach areas were cleaned. It's also a nice place to wait while they're doing your car - some fun this-&-that shopping, snacks, and a Baja Fresh. I recommend it.

I bought the groupon deal and took the car in right away. Interior was pretty dirty. I was happy with the service, and the price was right. Thank-you!Follow up to this: As my initial experience was great, I went to their location on 1-1-23. I had ridden my bike up the bike trail from rancho cordova and with the storms, mudslides had made several sections covered in unavoidable 3-4" mud. My brakes and rims were coated and unsafe to ride. I needed to rinse it off the wheels and brakes to continue back home which was descending from Folsom to sacramento area. Because I had a positive experience, and it was slow inside the business, I thought it was reasonable to expect help from the car wash. Obviously they have a way to use a hose, as they wash cars by hand, and my request was small and of little impact. I never imagined the push back and discourteous service that I would receive. The employee behind the counter couldn't be bothered to stop using his phone the ENTIRE time I interacted with him. I had to ask him to stop using his phone and make eye contact twice. His sentences were slow and incomplete because he's not focusing on the conversation. How disrespectful! I dont know if this is because of his age/generation, lack of appropriate training/upbringing, or cultural differences, but his rudeness was utterly unacceptable and appalling. At the end of 15 minutes to trying follow his incomplete directions to access water from the auto station, there was no water supply. He said to me snidely " I guess you'll work it out" thinking I'm stupid and dont know how to use the water station where there is air and water for cars. The water was turned off...the air worked. Its not me, its the unit. So I needed a simple hose and spigot, and he couldnt be bothered nor could he care less about my predicament. Well thats too bad, as I have a 1 ton dually truck I was going to get detailed here, but now, I will never spend another dollar at this business, even for convenience items, like stopping on my bike for water and food, as had been my routine for years. Horrible service. Employee should be fired. This is the basis of customer service, that he completely lacked.Service: Auto detailing

We inherited a 4-door jeep and the black interior was COVERED in white dog hair. We also got bales of hay in the back, had the top open over the summer, and spiders in the doors. Gosh one of our dogs even had a #2 accident. That thing was bad, bad, bad. These guys did an OUTSTANDING detail. The Jeep was immaculate. They got every nook and cranny. Seriously, I can't say how good of a job they did. It was worth every penny and I think it was really reasonable compared to other quotes I've gotten for much smaller and much less dirty vehicles. I'm surprised they have such a low overall ranking because I will take my vehicles here again and again! I will also recommended them to anyone who asks.

I went because my car needed a deep clean from my three dogs (one being a husky). I went on a Saturday 11:30 and asked about specials they have and said that there was. I spoke to Adam who was nice and took my information. I was told it would be 3 hours, but since there was one car in front of me it ended up being closer to 4.5 hour wait from when I dropped it off. Being a detail clean that included shampooing of my seats and carpets, it was not a big deal to me so I understood the extended amount of time that was needed to work on my vehicle so plan for another arrangement for transportation if your detail takes longer than the estimated time. Results were great and I would purchase again. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was told 3 hours but it took a little more than 4.
