I visited the Flip Flop Shop as a last resort for a pair of Birkenstocks because the other stores in the Folsom Outlets that I visited didn't have my size. The staff member (I think she might have been the owner...) was super helpful and gave my family and I shoe recommendations. Not only did she have my size in Birks in the color that I wanted, but there were other really comfy shoes in my size. I have large feet, so it's always hard to find shoes. I ended up purchasing an additional pair that was on sale.
Don't let the name confuse you, though. When the cooler weather hits, they will have boots and other warm shoes in stock. I definitely recommend this shop!

My husband and I needed comfortable flip flops for the beach and sunglasses. Brandi Henderson took care of us with great customer service and knowledge. The shop is clean, well put together and has selection! Great quality of flip flops. My husband wears slides only and is a size 15. These polarized sunglasses were not only trendy but affordable. Thank you again.

Stopped in to find a new pair of Birkenstocks. The store was fully stocked, clean and the customer service was great, the owner Carrie was so nice and very helpful!
