We worked with Scott Sady, Internet Sales Manager. I HIGHLY recommend Scott- when you know what you want- and it’s a treasure hunt!
We were a tough customer, as we knew exactly what we wanted, and it just needed to be found!
It took about 6 weeks to find our awesome 1500 Limited- with everything we requested and more!
During this process Scott was confident in the Mopar MAX warranty for the best service when it comes to the extended warranties and superior service through the process.
As I questioned him many times on what other dealers were offering. We test drove every brand of truck and asked every detail about extended warranties- every time he was right about the loop holes within those warranties.
Once Scott located the truck that we had set out to get- making the deal was easy with employee pricing and incentives.
During the process Scott was easy to deal with, always got back to me with my hundreds of questions, had solutions when we seemed to hit dead ends- all with a pleasant sense of humor, keeping the stress and frustrations light.
Scott by far made purchasing this high end Truck an awesome memorable experience.
