The clothes were great but a little expensive. What I am making a review about it there customer service. It was horrible, my sister spent her b-day shopping and when we went here she wanted to try on a bunch of clothes but after a few minutes one of the workers kept giving us dirty looks and spraying stuff in our faces commenting about how it smelled bad where we were. After about 20min the worker said we would have to leave if we didn't buy anything, and so while we were leaving she said under her breath "those bitchs smelled like shit" and her coworker laughed and kept giving us looks. Overall worst experience here ever.

Forever 21 is my daughter's favorite store at one point. I usually come to this Forever 21 outlet store with her all the time. The store has not had much change in the last many years. It still looks the same. It still carries similar clothes as ten years ago. They don't have too many employees on the sale floor. Most of the workers are working behind the check out counter. It may take some time, but you can still able to get your questions answered if you try to find someone who work there. The price in this outlet store is usually a little less than in their retail stores. They have more good deals here and the quality is about the same.

We came here to return some items that my daughter received from a relative a few months ago. I already knew we were past the 90 day refund limit (but barely. It was like 95 days). But anyway, we weren't looking for a refund. My daughter just wanted to exchange the clothes for ones that she liked/wanted. Plus, we had the receipt. So I wasn't really worried about anything. When I approached register and explained my exchange, the lady automatically said No. We can't exchange our items. She said it's been too long. I asked her what would have happened if I never told her how old the items were? If I didn't show her my receipt?? She just stared at me and then said she still wouldn't be able to return them. At this point, I was irritated. I have been returning and exchanging items with and without a receipt long enough to know, that if anything, they still have to offer me at least a store credit, especially with a receipt. But the lady was adamant about telling me no. So we left. I should have asked for a manager. But she was so confident in her demeanor that I assumed she was the manager. My niece used to be a manager here, so I called her and asked her about it. She said I absolutely should be able to exchange my items. Especially with a receipt. She told me to go back and ask for a manager. I did, and long story short, we were able to exchange our items. Their clothes are cute and trendy, and the price is right. I just hate that the exchange policy is up to the cashiers discretion.

I took my daughter shopping today at Galleria Mall. We went to forever 21. She had picked out 7 items. When we checked out we noticed that one of the items was ringing up higher than the red price on the tag. We only shop the sale racks there and all the items were reduced and marked with red marker. The cashier refused to give price as marked. We asked for the manager and the manager refused and said her clerk that did the markdowns put the wrong price on it. We told her that it was on the sale rack and it wasn't our fault the wrong price was marked on the tag. She refused to give the marked price. It was a $3 diff and not a big deal for them to give the price as marked. We are very unhappy with the rude treatment of the sales girl and the manager.+

I've only been to this location a few times years ago. I usually go to the Arden or Galleria location because it's closer. This review is solely based on a store availability pick up. I made an online order on Wed, July 13th for pick up here a few days ago. A lot of my other items that were available were picked up at the Galleria location as well along with Online. I thought that it would be convenient to get some of my items in person rather than wait for it in the mail. Galleria got my order ready the next day with no problem. Never got an email notification about my order for the Folsom location and I had to make a call after a few days to make sure I wasn't forgotten. I placed a call to this location on Friday to ask for a status. Whoever who answered the call told me my order was already sorted but needed to be packed and ready for pick up by the end of that day or the next day. This morning, on Sunday, I woke up to an email stating that my order was cancelled. I understand if the item was no longer available or whatever (that's completely understandable) but if a customer calls, please do not lie to them. I had my online order for shipping, delivered to me real fast with standard shipping on the 17th before I had a cancellation notice. Lol I think overall, I would just order everything online and take my chances with standard shipping even if it costs money versus picking it up for free. I wouldn't do pick up at the Folsom location at all because their customer service is lacking. It just sucks that during the time, I had applied a coupon code during a certain promotion at that time and paid shipping. I had to reorder my items and have to pay for shipping again for my new order and had a lesser coupon code for this order. Just be aware. I got the receipts for y'all!

I enjoy shopping at this store I'm 60 and my niece is 48. They have a lot of great things for many ages which is great. Prices were reasonable.

I was just coming on here to check the time the store opens and was surprised to see all the terrible reviews lol! I actually love this store and feel like due to its small size it's super organized and easy to find almost anything! Not that I don't love the Arden one, but trying to locate that cute shirt that you found some where is a NIGHTMARE in Arden lol! Every time I've gone here the workers are friendly, everything is clean and organized and it's never been super busy or crazy! UPDATE- Just when I said something good about them i come in and there's two cashiers and one is literally just sitting there DOING nothing but sitting and waiting on the phone- there's 6 people in line! I was wrong you were right

The worst experience ever. One of the associates - a black lady working on Monday literally asked me to get out of the store for not putting a hanger back on. She seemed to be extremely unhappy with her job ans almost got violent with me. Forever 21 needs to check on who they hire - especially in the Folsom location.

Please don't pick up the phone and put me on hold for 27 MINUTES!!! And please don't assure to holding an item for longer than ten days for pick up and then just send it back to warehouse. I expect the clothes to be cheap quality because its fast fashion but at least the customer service is supposed to be quite basic and decent in US. What is wrong with you Forever 21 Folsom Outlets?!!?
