I WILL NEVER never ever bring my car here to have it fixed1. I went out there with full tank gas car came out half tank of gas.2. They will show you pictures of the list of items that they are trying to fixed they will tell you its your car parts but its not. later I found out thosepictures was only downloaded from the website.3. They said they will replace the spark plug and coil for miss fires. Butfound out only one got replaced.How did I know ? The coil wasstill dusty as it never got touch only one has new look to it no dust looksnew.Also my car has oil leaks so I have them add to the fixing list. They said all was fixed.After I left the facility just few runs it leaks again so I bring it back they said it was out of there facility already the guy told me it's not there fault if its leaking I was so mad like I was talking to kid. then again asking for another charges.Believed me not cheap way too expensive so I refuse the service. found out a hose have few cuts don't know how it happened but its not cuts that the rubber just normally breaks from how old. but hose is not old still looks new. I fixed it myself for just $50.00 there charge was $300 plus the $50 like a "consult charge"They also told me to replace the Catalytic converter they said it's bad that needs to be replace "sooner"That total charges of this fixed was $5,000 almost $6,000so I decided to change the coils and spark plugs, change oil, oil leaks, that cost me $2,000 and because I decided not replace the catalytic converter,break fluids change ,break fluid flush,etc... they told me the car won't pass on the smug test or it will broke down on the road etc.. I actually just change one oxygen sensor and it pass the smug test and drove it all the way to Arizona for vacation no problem at all.My advice is get your self a OBD2 reader and fixed it your self go youtube and learn how to fixed.Nissan mechanics has nothing special or do robotic fixed just a person the only deference is they can scammed you so STAY AWAY!!!

Do I recommend this place? H no!!! I have blocked their phone numbers. Angela needs to change her terrible strategy and condescending behavior if she wants to sell a vehicle. I have dealt with aggressive car sales people before, but this one was beyond rude. I have never seen anything like her behavior in all of my years doing business with car dealers. I will not step foot in this business and will be taking my $100,000 to another business. Terrible, terrible person.

First time customer and I was very happy with my experience. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by my service advisor Nicole. She was friendly and knowledgeable and quickly got me checked in. I waited for my vehicle in the comfortable waiting room and Nicole kept me up to date on progress. My service was competed promptly. Thank you Nicole.

As always, the best customer service around!The customer service manager Nicole handled me and my vehicle with the utmost professionalism you could want from any dealership. She was through with all of the vehicles inspection and explained everything promptly and in the easiest of terms. She's my girl!!! Thanks Nissan and thanks again Nicole:)

We've been searching for a car for several weeks. We did not consider the Nissan in Folsom because it is so far away from home. On our first visit, we looked at several Nissan Rogue SV models. They either had too many miles or were too expensive. We tried to get them to lower the pricing on a few cars but they kept saying no. We spent about 2 hours with the salesman but we ended up leaving without a car. After more research and test driving, we changed our minds and wanted a Murano (We own a Murano already). After looking at a few other dealers in Davis, Vacaville, and Fairfield, none of them had Murano's except Fairfield. They had one and they wanted an arm and a leg for it.I went online again and looked at Future Nissan of Folsom, they had 3 Murano's on the lot so I called to make an appointment to go see a white one. They told me that it just sold. We decided to go look at another one on the lot. We talked to the salesman for about an hour and again, they would not come down off of their asking price. We finally pulled the [plug and bought the Murano.During this entire time, the salesman was friendly, courteous, and professional. After spending several hours getting the paperwork completed, we drove home in our new car. I highly recommend that you shop here, you will get good salesmen to help you. I would buy my next car here.Ask for Tou (Salesman) - he is awesome.I did not give the 5 starts only because they would not work with us on the price. (It must have been at the end of their monthly quota and they needed more money)

This was a great experience from start to finish! It was easy to schedule an anointment for the time that suits my schedule. Contrary to the past experience, the appointment time was respected by the team, and we were greeted by Tyler once we came in. Tyler was very thorough in his explanations, answered all our questions and addressed all concerns. He also kept us updated on the progress, which was helpful. The car was inspected, serviced and ready on time, as promised.

The service was above and beyond excellent. I went in for an oil and tire rotation and they suggested a much needed transmission change and they also found that one of my tie rods was broken. They fixed it by the next day and let me know it was covered under warranty. They really took great care of my car, ensuring I will be safe on the road. Thank you, Addison for taking care of me and my car.

I am always treated with kindness and respect and they take care of all of my needs whether it be purchasing a new vehicle or servicing my current vehicle. I had a really weird issue that caused major damage to my car. This dealership went above and beyond to ensure I left their service center with a fixed vehicle. I cannot recommend them enough. They are honest and straight forward with your service needs and will help you understand your options. Big shout out to Addison for working with me nonstop.

Future Nissan took care of the recall repair that was necessary for my 2019 Rogue Sport and it was done at no charge to me. They also gave the vehicle a somewhat comprehensive inspection which revealed a couple of issues which required attention. I authorized one filter replacement but the other issue will have to be addressed at a near future date when it can be worked into my schedule. I appreciate Future Nissan’s thoroughness and professionalism.

I've been going to this Nissan for 3 years, this is the location where bought my car and I have never have had such great customer service! Nicole is the best Nissan employee I've come across. She explains things so well and answered all of my questions. I never write reviews, but Nicole deserves a shout out. Nissan should do all that they can to keep her, because before Nicole, I was going to take my business to another Nissan dealer. Thanks to Nicole, I will continue to come to this Nissan location for all of my car service needs. Thank you Nicole!

Excellent customer service. I was greeted by Nicole who understood the issue I had with my car. She checked my car after she reviewed with me the problem and the cost.Nicole kept me informed of all the issues the service deptmt brought up.The car was serviced for the 60k and delivered on time.The waiting lounge has large TV Screen and is very clean.
