Absolutely the WORST!!!I'm guessing she was the supervisor, she helped me with getting 2 months of bank statements from an account that I no longer have access to. But instead of just printing them and just walking to the printer she told me I needed to come back TOMORROW!!!!! Because she was jumping on a call and didnt have time to walk to the printer. But I could wait in the ridiculous line and the teller could print them for me?There's 2 tellers helping a line out the door with actual cash transactions and this lady couldn't be bothered to walk to the printer! She would rather push a simple task off to the tellers! Absolutely disgusting!

This bank sucks. My girlfriend needed a new card due to an ATM swallowing hers. They gave her a new card an activation number and when she wasn't able to activate it on her own she went back in and they said they couldn't help her and the automated line was under maintenance. She also wanted to raise her daily limit and they told her she couldn't and that she can call ahead and they can do a 24hr limit raise. After going to the golden 1 in citrus heights it turns out they put in the wrong expiration date so that's why she couldn't activate her card and helped her activate her card AND were able to raise her daily limit. This staff needs to be retrained.

If you go inside it is ridiculus the time that it take to be serve, today iI waited 40 minutes in line. Even if they have several clerks they have one window open only despite of the line lenth. I considering get my mkne out ghe G1

This branch and any other Golden 1 branch staffs poorly. There's usually 10-15 people in line with only 2 tellers while there's 4 bankers in their cubicles and the branch manager hides in the main office. It doesn't matter what time of the day it is, wait time is always 45mins-1 hour. Golden 1 doesn't seem to care about its customers. I will no longer be banking with Golden 1.

I don't understand why this branch only has two tellers.Plan on 45 minutes if 7 people in line.That's my experience the two times I had to walk in.

*Update 11/3/23*Been banking with Patelco Credit Union for a few years now & they are wonderful! Highly recommend! They actually HELP their customers & charge REASONABLE interest rates AND their app is way better than Golden1! I ONLY kept my loan account with this Golden1 as an emergency fund, in case I ever needed it.Well, I recently had to use it for some dental work that I needed - & just found out they're charging me a 15% INTEREST RATE for ONLY $2400! I have just under $10k across two other loan & CC balances at my current bank, Patelco, & my interest rates are only 9.8% & 11% which is very fair (I had an 815 credit score when I left Golden1 to open accounts with Patelco). My husband also has about the same amount of debt as I do, if not a bit more, across lots of accounts besides his Patelco account, & he isn't charged more than 11% an ANY of them, either! Neither is my mother or her husband at their bank! (Schools, among others).I have a perfect credit history of zero late or missed payments, & ALWAYS pay double the minimum amount due. I called Golden1 customer service to try & negotiate this interest down, but was told I'd have to have my credit pulled & it would be a hard inquiry, with no guarantee they'd even adjust it at all. Unbelievable.This experience just reminded me why I stopped banking with them in the first place (see my review below from 3yrs ago) & solidified that my decision was the right one to make. Word to the wise: leaving Golden1 is TOTALLY worth it! You'll get treated better AND you won't get ripped off at Patelco Credit Union. After I pay off this loan I will be closing the ENTIRE account & never do business with Golden1 again. Their loss!--------------------I've never had an issue with their customer service, but I've been a customer of theirs for over 3 years now, & every time I ask for a loan or line of credit they never give me what I ask for. They always approve me for less than what I request, then jack up my interest rate.I've already paid off a loan to them & a line of credit with them, just to establish some good KYC history with them. Now, I make more money than I did when I got those loans over a year ago, & my credit score is higher, yet during this time for Covid-19 they refused to give me anything lower than a 10% interest rate on just a $4000 line of credit (I asked for $5k).While I have family members whose banks are working with them right now offering them 0%-5% interest rates for 3-4 years because they know folks are struggling due to Covid, golden1 is still trying to suck as much money out of their customers as possible with their interest rates, at a time when they need help the most. I find that deplorable, & will be seeking another bank to move to now.There is no point in establishing anything with them because they'll still lowball you on the amount you request, then charge you the same as a new customer. Helping people build credit? Nah. More like helping people STAY IN DEBT with high interest rates. Very disappointed.

They are so slow. Always a long line and a long wait. I often have to leave and come back because I don't have 30 minutes to spare. As an institution overall, banking with them hasn't been great.

Your customer service is still horrible. I got to the bank 5 minutes after it opened at 10am (November 14, 2023) and waited in line almost 30 minutes to deposit several checks that the automatic teller outside rejected. Do you ever read your reviews because I am not the only one that complains about customer service. Maybe someday you will do something about it.

Do not go inside to do any banking at the Folsom E Boswell branch. It is going to be super long wait time. line will run out the door and they will have 1-2 teller. Management needs to address the issue. there has been several times where I have had to stand in line for 30+ minutes. Try to avoid at all cost.

Annoying that the Prarie City branch is gone cuz this location is the absolute worst. They all avoid doing their jobs & tell you to go online. You would think they'd be smart enough to think maybe there's a reason you didn't go online in the first place, but nope. They just don't wanna do their jobs ever. Useless

NOT SURE WHY YOU'RE STILL PRETENDING TO HAVE BRANCHES WITH TELLERS AND A SUPERVISOR, BUT AS A MEMBER SOMETIMES I NEED A CASHIER'S CHECKS AROUND TAX TIME...IT SHOULDN'T TAKE ALL DAY TO DO THAT! BIDWELL BRANCH IN FOLSOM CA. HAD TO SET A NEW RECORD FOR SLOW!! HAVE TO TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE TOMORROW!

Month ls and line is alway out the door. Wednesday 11am 5 People walked out the door. Only 1.5 tellers . Wake up G1! 45min to see a teller? I know this is a huge problem at several locations..
