I contacted Harley today in regards to an MSRP price on a couple parts. Normally I speak with Jon who is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Apparently, today he was at lunch when I called, A spoke with Danielle, who answered the phone when I asked to be transferred to the parts department. She was passive aggressive as soon as I stated I was from another motorcycle shop. Instead of simply taking a message for Jon to call me back, she thought it was necessary to argue with me that I couldn't get the amount from them even though I had many times before. For someone treat a buying customer with attitude when I'm using their store to buy parts instead of competitors is bad business. Truly unprofessional and as I'm sitting here eating dinner, 7 hours later, having it still bother me says a lot. I suggest Harley has this employee take some classes on customer service.

Just had my 2015 Forty-Eight serviced by Folsom Harley-Davidson.Could not ask for a better experience! After calling them last week about an electrical problem I was having, they scheduled me in for today at 9AM. Within one hour of it being dropped off they had diagnosed the problem!Along with some other routine maintenance that they did, I was able to pick up my bike the same day!Truly impressed with the service department and lucky to have this dealer here in Folsom.Thank you Harley-Davidson of Folsom!

If you're looking for parts go somewhere else, John is the most rude unhelpful human being at any harley dealership in the continent. It's very clear he gets his regular pay check on fridays, and doesn't have anything to do with ownership because if he did have a steak in that company he sure wouldn't treat customers like that.

I went to Harley-Davidson in Pacheco to purchase a helmet but the particular one I wanted was out of stock. The representative was kind enough to call around to see which store had one. Folsom said that they had one and would hold it until my lady was able to pick it up. The representative told me to let my lady know that I should receive a free gift for any purchase over $175. (She even showed me what the gift would/should be) The Helmet totaled $350. When my lady arrived she called me to ensure that it was the right helmet and size as there are no returns on helmets. I confirmed and told my lady to ensure that they give her the free gift as advertised by the Pacheco representative and the Harley website. I did not receive the gift that was advertised. Instead, they threw in a tiny fiber cloth. Not, sure if this is an independent dealership but I was disappointed to say the least.

Picked up a 2019 Street Bob from Will at HD Folsom today! So pumped about my new ride! Was an overall great experience buying from them. I had done my research first, so that helped, but I was never pressured, I got a great deal, and I would definitely recommend Will from Folsom HD!

You Suck! I don't like dealing with anyone with an attitude. If you're inconvenienced by helping my buy a replacement tail light and your texting was more important to you than to help me, well then "fuck" you. By the way. I am the Treasurer for a local MC that had an event at your establishment. I will be sure to spread the word.

My bike is my most prized possession (I wish I was kidding) so I'm always nervous about leaving it in the care of others. Folsom HD has NEVER let me down. Super-friendly/helpful guys at the parts counter, quick turnaround on maintenance/service, and most importantly... my bike has always been returned as I brought it in... spotless clean, no nicks, no dings, no problems. The guys in the back are pros and obviously put as much care/attention/love into their customers' bikes as they do their own.

Purchased a pre-owned bike and the battery didn’t even last 6mo. No big deal, stuff happens. But the customer service was terrible. I was told different conflicting information from both Parts and Service. Finally someone helped and actually took a name down to look up my warranty and I was told if I came in a few weeks earlier he would have replaced a battery.

Just looking but they have a great selection of motorcycles. When I do decide to buy thus is where I'm going. Friendly staff and good prices. Beats the other harley dealers I've visited.

I pulled up, walked to the front door and decided to check out the bikes out front,which I did. Then I went inside. I took my time looking around. Then I went back outside and looked at the bikes out there again. Then I went back inside and walked all around again.It was a really weird experience. It was as if I were a ghost. Not one person so much as nodded to me.I went back to my truck and left.I had just come from Harley Davidson of Sacramento. When Ipulled up there Troy Byington metme at the front door and made me feel at home.

Folsom has been our dealer for 4 1/2 years now and most of the time they are helpful and friendly. I love my Harley.... I got it from San Jose Harley 2008

If you live out of state, do not………..I repeat DO NOT purchase a bike from here. It was one of the worst experiences ever. All they care about is making the sell. After they get your money, they could care less about any problems you have regarding your motorcycle. Purchased a trike for my wife from them and been having issues getting it registered every since. I was told to contact the lien holder because they didn’t have anything to do with that.They do not return phone calls and you will have to chase management down to get things handled. Had to pay $2000 out of my pocket to get my tags. I will never purchase anything from Harley Davidson at Folsom again.
