What a joke of a bank. Trying to setup autopay for a loan is probably one of the most painful processes I've been through with a bank in 25 years. Their staff has no clue how to do it, leaves you on hold for 15 minutes while they ask someone else how and then wants to charge a $5.00 fee for every payment. Taking my auto loan away from these guys and out of the 1980's.

I appreciate banking with HCCU. They helped us with a low rate auto loan that is miles below the dealership. Not to mention that they have friendly staff and customer service.. excited to see them grow and we are big supporters in the future.

Came in to open an account, my details were entered in incorrectly by Amy & her associate even though they had all proper identification and documents in front of them, because of this they couldn't verify my identity. I had just got done opening an account with another credit union that had no issues entering in my details correctly and opening an account. I'll stick with them. Amy & her associate did not try to make it right, they did not take responsibility, instead they made it seem like I did something wrong. I would not recommend this credit union to any one due to the lack of competentcy and lack of good customer service.

Amy and Anthony were great in helping me choose the right account for my needs. They answered all my questions and the process was less than 20 minutes. There are signs everywhere making sure social distancing is enforced. Great Location?

Severely messed up a title transfer on a vehicle. Now I have a truck that I'm paying them for that has been sitting in the driveway for over a month. I can't drive it until Heritage takes care of the problem with dmv. I will change where my differed savings goes after the loans are paid. No more.

I was very happy and pleased with all the friendly and promot service I received. Lisa was there opened a checking account and saving account. She even went as far as made sure my online banking worked on my phone. Good thing because I was doing something wrong. It's very clean, and I left with a big smile excited to bank with them!

So much for a community bank. We have 6 total accounts with Heritage Credit Union and Amy, the Branch Manager treat us like she don't even know us. Very disappointing to say the least. All the while, trying to get us to open another useless account. We will be closing all of our accounts their shortly.

Hurt my credit and won't fix the error. Not using them ever again. I was short 10 cents on my car payment. Paid the 10 cents but they put a missed payment on my credit. Now they ignore me. Seriously!!
