“We have used Michaels for framing service numerous times over the years with good success (the hardest part of the process is putting together the appropriate frame & mat selection). Recently, we had above & beyond help/success with 2 framing projects; WWII photo of our recently deceased 90 year old father/grandfather & a graduation diploma for our daughter-in-law. The end result of these 2 projects was fantastic thanks to employee Ido! This gentlemen, an art major in college, was patient & seemed to instinctively know the best combination of frame, mat types & mat colors! His patience, guidance, & professionalism was a step above & highly appreciated! Michaels is darn lucky to have such a great employee!”

My wife and I went here to sell all our retro gaming stuff and walked away extremely satisfied.From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They looked over every item we brought in and made fair assessments on the condition and value. I could tell they really knew the retro gaming market inside and out.What impressed us most was the prices they offered. For games and systems that were still in good shape, they paid top dollar based on current market values. Even for more beaten up items, they still gave us a reasonable price. I didn't feel nickeled and dimed at all, as I always do at GameStop.The evaluation and sale process was smooth and efficient as well. We did not need to haggle or debate pricing - they just looked everything over, gave us a fair quote that we could accept or deny.Whether you have a huge classic gaming collection or just a few old relics, I highly recommend taking them in if you're looking to sell. You'll get honest evaluations and the best possible prices. We left with a fat wad of cash and the peace of mind that our treasured retro gaming goods are going to enthusiasts who will appreciate them. Can't ask for more than that!I cannot speak to the buying process but we walked around and looked at everything. When we win the lottery, we will be back to clean them out.”

“This was a great little shop. Lots of sports cards with a decent selection of pokemon cards. There was great music playing and seating in the middle so your comfortable browsing the boxes. The pokemon cards were all basically near mint, priced, and in top loaders. It's a good place for collectors and the guy behind the register was answering lots of questions from people and really professional :)”

“Wow!! I had to give this review in my car!!! Shout out to Ms. Corey the Greatest Michael’s cashier to ever do it!!! I just had the BEST experience at the Rancho Cordova location!!! Corey, female BOSS cashier, was so HELPFUL, give me to do what I DID not want to do and the saved me $3.00 cause I did what she recommended… WHAT a beautiful soul!!! She made the experience worth the time! Great job Ms. Corey, and can SOMEONE get her a raise or in the next training video??? ?”

MOVIES near by.2.? the setup of the store is not crowded displays.Shopping carts available.3.? prices, signs and promotional price reductions are labeled. I like the price list sign which shows the original price and then the calculated new price based on the % off.so customers don't need to overwork their brain.4.? enough selections for different interests and budgets. Plenty of materials for DIY projects and ready to go furniture pieces or decors.Not given 5. ? because , I wish the associates approach customers while walking by if they need any help... when store is busy or less busy ,customers still need help if they are looking for something specific. Lines at register take to long compared to other stores.....”

“I went into this fine store looking for "O Guage Model Trains near me". The employees were more than helpful and knowledgeable. The young man took me straight to the model train section of the store. There were no O guage/scale model trains any where in the store. I enjoyed everything else. There were young families racing each other on the different slot car raceways. A mom was racing her daughter. That was fun to watch. Thank you for being there. Is there a way to correct this internet error? Again I enjoyed being in your store but sad I did not find what I was looking for.”
“This Michael's location is my crafter's haven! It's consistently clean and well-stocked, making it a breeze to browse for inspiration or locate specific supplies. The staff are fantastic - I recently needed help finding a particular crafting item, and an employee was incredibly helpful in tracking some down for me.
They have a massive selection of everything you could possibly need, from everyday crafting staples to more unique finds. Their seasonal section is always on point too! If you're looking for a well-organized Michael's with a friendly staff, this is definitely the one!”

“Omg! I cannot recommend Ashlea enough!!!! She went above & beyond this evening. I needed a custom frame done for a funeral the next day and even though it's not their norm to be able to accommodate that she thought outside the box and helped me come up with a solution! Plus she was so fun to chat and hang out with for 30 min while my frame was getting made. On top of that she didn't know originally it was for a funeral. She could just see the desperation in my face and jumped to action! You don't see that level of customer service anymore. Thank you Ashlea!”
