Had an awesome experience at Hot Topic thanks to Ariyana and Ash and Angel! All were super friendly, helpful, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Ariyana’s style advice was spot-on, and Ash went out of their way to check for sizes in the back. Great customer service like this makes all the difference—definitely coming back!

My daughter and I have been going to this location for a while, and every time we go, the staff is so kind, friendly, and very personable. We choose this location over others because of the staff. This location tends to have a bigger selection of what we are looking for. We'll definitely be back here again soon!

The young lady who claimed to be the assistant manager with the pink curly hair was so rude, she seemed irritated when she greeted us as we walked in and could not wait to get away from us as we asked questions about job openings and merchandise. I will never shop at this location again because of their rude employees. I will also never be applying to a job here, because they hire people who are rude and do not have any social sense. If you’re hiring people, you should be able to talk to people with kindness and manners. This whole experience has ruined in store shopping at Hot Topic for me, because i have no desire to support someone’s paycheck who can’t even treat people with manners and respect. This woman seemed disgusted by the sight of me walking into the store she worked at, and when asked for the store manager she claimed to be so (at the time). She is the assistant manager, not the store manager. If these are the people you choose to promote at this establishment, i don't think i’d ever like to shop there. This is also not the first review where i’ve seen complaints about employees. Hot Topic Folsom needs to get their stuff together or their location closed. ?♀️
