Called. Phone rang. Phone was picked up and was immediately put on hold without anyone saying anything. No intro, no please hold. After 2.5 minutes I'm assuming it's an auto reminder so phone started to ring again. Again, someone picks up the phone and pputs me back on hold without saying anything. Alright another 2.5 minutes elapse. Phone rings again. AGAIN.... Someone picks up and immediately puts me back on hold without saying anything. Am I going crazy? So I hang up and call back, go through the prompts. Phone rings, lol someone picks up and immediately puts me on hold. Not a word. Horrible business practice. I hung up and found somewhere else to fill my prescription. Imagine I get through, put in the order, then have to go through this nonsense again to find out if the prescription has been filled? Nope. Not even gonna chance it.

Really cool place with some homeopathic options. My vet called my prescription in here. The pharmacist took us into an office to instruct us on how to use the medication.

amazing people and customer service that easily rivals all others. they have a line that you can text and they will respond almost immediately. incredibly helpful and accomodating. i live an hour and a half from this pharmacy and when they heard that, they were quick to help me set up shipments so that i dont have to make that drive monthly. there was a bit of a complication with one of my shipments so i texted them, and the matter was resolved within 25 minutes of my initial text! thank you to all the staff of the compounding pharmacy!! 10/10!

The Best Compound Pharmacy around. I've had issues with my Dr. Calling in my prescription. They've been nothing but helpful. Extremely friendly, efficient, quick service & they call with any questions. I'm so happy with this pharmacy that I still use them (even though I don't live in town.). They'll quickly ship on ice. Friendly, fast, efficient & no issues talking with you and Dr. To get medication correct Highly recommended

This pharmacy provides great customer service. The staff are super attentive and friendly and they have a texting system that they respond to right away, which is very convenient compared to calling, being on hold, or driving to a pharmacy to get an answer to your question.
