I feel duped by the price advertised and the charged price after completion of my tax return. I have a small online business which is technically a hobby. Was told the price was $65 to do the return and then was told after the return was completed that the cost was $509! Then with an "introductory" offer of "50%" off the cost was then $309. How is that 50% off. False advertising. Not a good business strategy

I recently visited the Jackson Hewitt station at the Folsom CA Walmart. I was assisted by Ms.Shah who exuded the absolute best customer service and professionalism. Ms.Shah was personable, helpful, and was able to clearly and cohesively communicate all aspects of my 2020 tax filing. I highly recommend Ms.Shah as a firm team member in the Folsom CA Jackson Hewitt location.

Kinal is very nice, supportive, responsive but i had to help her with most of the tax form. She got confused alot and made lots of mistakes in which we spent a hour together fixing. Doing my taxes always took less than an hour but with her it took 3 days. The first day i gave her my details, bur she had a appointment so i had to come back later, i went home and she emailed and called me, i responded, on monday which is today i went back and signed and put my card in for direct deposit. she esigned on my esign spaces and we spent an hour redoing it over and over until she had one of her co workers take control over skype and help her. i was patient the entire time but i think its critical to let people know the problem i went through.
