Very clean and quiet hotel. Arrived on my motorcycle and wanted to have a room to be able to watch my bike. There was no parking, so the clerk made accommodations and allowed me to park near the lobby entrance. Price was reasonable to.

It's a beautiful place with very friendly desk people. It's pet-friendly, very clean, and close to everything.
No pool.
We have been there twice and would go back every month, except that the beds are so hard that they hurt us by the end of the weekend.

The rooms and appliances are old and iffy. The handicapped accessible room does not actually have an accessible shower and also the door handles on both the room itself and the bathroom needed repair and could leave you stuck, trying again and again to open the door. The bathrooms have sliding doors and no ceiling fan so that’s awkward as well. All in all the staff was fine but the place is in serious need of maintenance and a remodel.

This was a very good overnight stay destination right off Hwy 50 while attending the state rowing championships on Lake Natomas. Very close to old Town Folsom with plenty of dining and drinking options! Great time!

The rooms are very spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The entire hotel could use some updating and new shower curtains would be first on my list.

Do not book with this hotel they will jever send you a confirmation email then when you dont show they try to charge you 200$ after they failed to send any type if confirmation

Be careful choosing this location. Short version, Michelle treated my children and I very poorly. She became defensive and aggressive when asked about the parking fee of $10, which I did not consent or agree to sign/pay for since it wasn't listed anywhere and was a complete surprise. I was charged anyway, when I called to resolve this, she claimed I had signed/initialed for the parking when I purposely had not. Since that was not possible, I’d asked for a copy, to which she responded with a refund and abruptly hung up the call. I suspect she may have forged my signature. Management, this employee is in need of further education in hospitality and interpersonal communication. Your rooms and carpets are in need of a deep cleaning. Having an employee threaten to cancel my paid for booking as a result of my inquiry is unacceptable. Being treated as an intruder rather than a guest is unacceptable. If you insist on charging patrons for parking, post notice of this in your advertisements. Michelle’s demeanor was immature, unprofessional and unfortunately reactive. The hotels morning staff were courteous and at the very least professional.

Michelle over there is THE BEST!! She's warm, helpful and reliable. This place is a little run down, but we'll worth the low sticker price. The coffee is HOT and fresh 24/7. There's cookies out in the evening, and real creamer cups and even different flavors. If the managers were as nice, I'd give full stars.. but they can be slow to understand issues and respond.. but it's not a major issue.. they always fix the problems... and even work to keep thier customers safe.
The location is prime and the light rail runs into the next lot. So catching a ride is simple.
We love this place.
