I have always had such an amazing experience with Launderland of Folsom. Every interaction with the owners/managers that I can remember has always been met with such kindness and willingness to help. I just recently tried out their delivery feature and was truly blown away by their quick and efficient service. Thank you for making laundry a peaceful task in such a welcoming place!

I had a great experience at this laundromat. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of machines available. Everything worked smoothly, and the environment was calm and welcoming. I also appreciated how organized and tidy everything was—it made doing laundry a lot less stressful. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a reliable and comfortable place to get your laundry done!

They finally got it right! The new card feature is AMAZING. I've always loved how clean the place is. But it was such an inconvenience to try to get coins and do your laundry.
The g pay never worked. Now this is brilliant. I'm a satisfied long time customer. Thank you.!

Very clean and a variety of washers from one load to many. It does not accept change any longer cash and card only and now you have to put it on a laundry card so make sure you dont lose it in case you need to go back. That is why I gave it a 4 star cause I have a bunch of quarters.

Do not go here no matter what you do!!!!
They implemented a new system wherein they steal your money -intentionally!!!!
They implemented a new card system and you can't put in the exact amount for the washer you can only use dollar bills so if your wash is $375 you have to put in $4.
Additionally you can't merge the cards yesterday I ended up with three cards the instructions on the wall or Ludicrous!!!
When I just hung up the phone right now with the lady who called me back she said there's no way she could give me my money back so they stole my money and I won't be going back there because to implement a system where in the steal your money and knowingly steal from you is just wrong so shame on you you used to be my favorite laundromat now you're the worst you're nothing but thieves!!!

Clean and efficient machines. Cost per load is very reasonable. The employees were polite and helpful. Great place to take bulky items, like comforters and duvets.

I received exceptional service today from Mark. He’s very helpful to all patrons and is kind as well. There’s a new payment system that was installed (I love it because it’s more reliable) and he helped me figure it out. They also seemed to have updated the folding station. I really appreciate the renovations and helpful staff. I used to try to do my laundry in el dorado hills when possible because the payment system allowed me to use Apple Pay, but I’ll continue to come here to Folsom instead. Thanks again for the upgrades! I highly recommend this place for laundry. Early morning is the least busy. It was also very clean today as well.

The people who work here are helpful and nice. I think the lady who helped me was Katy, she was extra helpful, but all of them have been great as well.

Clean, excellent washing machines, a bit pricey but the dryers are reasonable and get EVERYTHING dried! ??????️

They do a fairly good job of cleaning, but I had an entire load of black clothes come out with white soap stains, and I use liquid Tide, so it wasn't my soap. The soap got caked onto the clothes, and I had to rewash them elsewhere the next day. Will be using the laundromat in EDH from now on, instead. It's actually closer to where I live, I just didn't know it was there. Please check your washers more regularly. This is the 2nd issue I've had here. Thank you.
