Highly recommend this shop!
My tire had a nail in it, so I made an appointment to see whether it could be patched. It turned out that the technician repaired the tire for free and even checked several other items for me. I was both surprised and moved — not only did they provide such professional service, but they also showed genuine care for their customers. It’s rare to find a place that goes above and beyond like this. I’ll definitely come back again and recommend it to friends and family!

Went in for an alignment. They couldn’t do it because they said I needed to do over $800 worth of repairs. I left and took it to a small business to get it checked.
Nothing needed repair.

Absolutely one of the most amazing experiences we've had in regard to getting all new tires, tire pressure sensors and brakes for the front disc and rear drum. Had the appointment set up online and had the car done in a timely manner with no issues since!

I wanted to share my experience with a recent service visit. Initially, I was excited to write a positive review because I was quoted a price over the phone, and although it was the same both times, the in-person quote turned out to be about $140 higher. I was quite disappointed with this discrepancy and stepped outside to call around for better rates. I decided to return due to a lack of time to shop around and was pleasantly surprised when they quoted me $100 less due to the earlier miscommunication, which I appreciated.
However, the service took about four hours longer than originally estimated. While this wasn't ideal, I understand that delays can happen. I've since learned that this seems to be a recurring issue, based on feedback from others.
Upon paying, I noticed that my wheels were loaded onto my vehicle. They appeared fine at first glance, but when I got home and started installing them, I discovered several small scratches. While I was informed there might be minor scratches, the condition was worse than expected. One wheel had three 1-inch gashes, which several tire shop professionals told me should not have occurred. I had meticulously maintained these wheels, and now they look as if I never cared for them.
Additionally, my aftermarket valve caps were not cared for one bit. I found one crushed in the tire tread and the others were missing. I've spoken to several people who have had similar negative experiences with this place. Based on my experience and the feedback from others, I cannot recommend this service, especially if you care about the condition of your wheels.

Went in for a wheel alignment… new truck with 1900 miles and a new small lift. Check in was smooth but when they began working on it they stopped. They said they didn’t have specs for my 1 year old vehicle (not a new model year- so specs should be the same) and said that I need new cv axles.
I don’t know why they wouldn’t have specs or the ability to use the previous two model years since it’s the same exact truck. Also, I was in for an alignment- cv axles don’t pertain to an alignment. Lastly, my differential was lowered as part of the lift to put the cv angles back to stock and again the axles only have 1900 miles on them….
It seems they didn’t want to touch the truck and couldn’t just tell me that. It was a waste of my time. It reminded me why I stopped going to them years ago and will go back to a small mom and pop shop .

Not sure what the point of having an appointment here is. Waiting over an hour & a half for my car. just to get my tires rotated. Might as well do a walk in.

This store will get my business for years to come. They have the best customer service and give honest feedback. There’s no pressure and no upselling. They will tell you if you need something but also will tell you if it’s fine and not needing replacement. I leave with confidence each time. This store has won my loyalty due to their exceptional customer service. Thank you.

This is the second time my car was ready without anybody notifying me. Waited around the lobby until I asked for an eta and responded “oh it’s done”. Also didn’t check pressure or my other 3 tires.

No issues other than the few times I needed their services they forgot to put my wheel cap on and also this very last time (6/18/24) put a completely different one on, I had paid more for custom ones otherwise I wouldn't had a problem.

I went to this location couple weeks ago as I was told by another service place that I needed an alignment, taking the appointment online was easy. I pulled in at their parking lot around 8am in the morning and was greeted by a very friendly person named Patrick. Let me mention here that I have not been greeted as soon as I parked by any other service places I had been too, I was already impressed by their customer service. Patrick told me to go inside the store and enjoy some coffee and popcorn while he gets the odometer readings, again wowed. Then her explained me the pricing based on the alignment that needs to be done. I was carrying my own tea but enjoyed a bag of free popcorn. After some time Patrick informed me that my car’s alignment is all good and nothing needs to be done and I was not charged a penny.
I have not come across another honest place like this. Without naming another business I had done alignment in the past, I was sold additional items on top of the alignment, so i informed him that I will be happy to pay some charge for the check that was done, but Patrick told me that it’s their policy and I don’t need to pay anything. Les Schwab has won me over as a customer for life and employees like Patrick upholds the standards.
