Shout out to Alec (Mgr) I had a problem with my pool sweep. I brought it into Leslie’s located on Blue Ravine in Folsom, Ca. I broke the float on the pool sweep. (It was an accident) As soon as I walked in I heard, Can I help you? Alec the Manager greeted me with a smile. I showed him the pool float attached to the pool sweep.They had the part and Alec offered to fix it right there. The problem was that I didn’t bring in the pool sweep, just the part that broke off. Alec said, if you bring the pool sweep in without the hose I can replace the part. Yes, Yes I will be right back. I have always received excellent service from Leslie’s and today was no different. Thank you Alec I appreciate your dedication to your customer service skill. You’re the “Man”!

Loyal Leslie's customer,I buy my chems there and use the water check system they have in store,ive been treated great by all the staff and have to give a shout out to assistant manager Alec,he has been very helper and seems to really try to get your pool where it needs to be,only small complaint is the prices are on the high side,if your having any trouble with your pool or spa id recommend them

I usually don’t write reviews but it was fascinating to see this young store manger possess this much knowledge.I am a new pool owner over and have no clue how to deal with my water. Wasi's knowledge and expertise were truly impressive. Despite being a Leslie's new costumer I am very impressed with their customer service. Wasi you are a true asset to Leslie's, and I can't recommend your service enough!

Have been coming here for a couple years after going through 3 unreliable pool maintenance services. They do free water treatments and have always given me good advice whenever I've had pool water or equipment issues. The chemicals are expensive but I guess that's too be expected post pandemic.

We are new pool owners and just moved in to the area. Wasi has been so patient and kind explaining everything that needs to be done with our pool and not trying to sell us unnecessary chemicals. Our pool was a bit green when we moved in, but now it looks nice and clear. I even interrupted his lunch break in the parking lot to get HIS opinion over others in the store. I apologized, and he was so nice and didn't seem to care.

I usually go to the Roseville location but on my second visit to the Folsom location this one is the best. When I walked in the door on my second visit Wasi remembered me and my pool situation. It is rare to find such great customer service these days and I was impressed with Wasi's helpfulness. He is also VERY knowledgable! I have been a Leslie's customer for 20 years and it is rare that someone can teach me something new about my pool. I will be switching to Power Powder instead of Color Brite to lower my CYA and start using Perfect Weekly to keep my phosphates at zero. For some reason this summer has been a challenge with my pool and with Wasi's help we have got it under control and it should be easier to maintain. Thank you Wasi! You made my life a lot easier with your help and expertise.

Misty, the Folsom store manager really went the extra mile to help me find a critical part for my pool. It's this kind of service that gives a store a great reputation. Leslie's Pool Supply should be very proud Misty works there.

Leslie's Pool Service on Blue Ravine is under new management. Service was top-notch. Our pool was green and they prescribed 3 different chemicals w a detailed timeframe of when to put the chemicals in the pool. Our pool is now blue again, but prescribed some chemicals to eliminate the cloudiness. Very professional and knowledgable staff!

Manager here is always so condescending. She speaks to people as though they don't know anything. She is also too good to use the register. Just left the store after waiting 10 minutes while two employees including the general manager helped one guest at the counter. I am never going to any Leslies again. Small businesses only! Misty gave EXCELLENT service- brought in my broken pool sweep today and instead of trying to sell me a $700-$1400 new pool sweep she quickly disassembled my sweep and after diagnosing it, sold me some. Ee tires for $47 and sent me on my way with service recommendations and advice-- A++++ service. When it's time to buy a brand new one I'll be back in this store to buy it from Misty! Thank you!

Came in about a week ago to ask a few questions about equipment replacement. There was a two employees male and female. I don't know the guy's name, but he had a mustache and glasses to my recollection. The guy was impatient, and acted bothered by questions about pool supplies. Who else would be the best person to answer my questions, if not a person that works in a pool supplies store. It was unpleasant, but still got most of the answers I was looking for since I didn't take it personally, but it doesn't mean I am okay with that, or deserve to feel as if I am (customer), bothering. Solution: find a different store to go to for my pool supplies needs.

Another reviewer said it best, it all depends on who is staffing the store that day. We've been going to this store for the past few years. Recently we've encountered Adam on several occasions and he's a complete j**** He's been rude to us repeatedly, just bad attitude in general. I feel like he would stear you the wrong direction, he's not helpful. We try to avoid him.
