Purchased a firearm though them via Gunbroker and have never had better and quicker service from any store! Honestly amazing they had everything done and had shipped the firearm in less than 2 hours! I purchased another firearm through Gunbroker 2+ days ago, the seller again in the same state as me, still waiting for confirmation of shipment. I’m blown away and yeah they deserve the time to write a positive review. Thank you Emilio!

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and helpful. They definitely helped me find a good deal and time to purchase so I don't spend what I don't need to.
I love their Loyal Customers Program, it's saved me quite a bit of money this month alone. I cannot recommend them enough for how well they treat you.

This is my first choice for a LGS. PPT's? Yes, and they are efficient. HK dealer? Yes, and generally have plenty in stock. Friendly? Yes, and they treat you like they actually want your business! I highly recommend these fine folks for everything relating to firearm and ammo purchases.

I had a wonderful experience with Moss yesterday at Loyal Arms. I find that customer service is hard to come by these days and Moss went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and walk me through the purchase process clearly and confidently. The prices were very competitive and I am excited to have a LGS that goes above and beyond. Don’t support the big box stores, shop local and you won’t regret it! Thanks Moss!!

I'd create this place a 10 stars if I could!!! Every one here I super friendly and nice to talk to and great deals on ammo and firearms. They are constantly adding more stock every time I go in the store it just gets better and better!

I had a really good experience here, being someone who needed a fair amount of explanation regarding the process. They sent me emails with status updates and were always available for one-on-one assistance when I came into the store. I would like to thank Bart and Alexander in particular for their patience in answering all my questions.
Highly recommended! Will likely make the drive from the Bay Area again in the future.

Most if not all of the reviews posted on behalf of this establishment are artificially crafted, I can tell you for certain this store is a fraud
I ordered a pistol here, submitted all the paperwork needed, they accepted it and processed it, after a bumpy discussion on why it is valid to use as “form of residence” , they then showed me “My pistol” and so forth , only to take it back for no apparent reason because of the following
The following day, they email me that they want to refuse service because they weren’t happy with the proof of residence papers I submitted , subsequently wasting my time and making me come back to get a refund and get charged a re stocking fee for something that was not my issue
A condescending slightly obese Caucasian gentlemen who appeared to be in his early thirties by the name of “Tyler” went on to say that he could not process my refund as I am not producing the same card I used to buy the gun, when in fact I was, and proved it with my statement, he then went on to LAUGH at the situation, saying “He didn’t care about me or my money, and that I should go figure it out with my bank” when my bank has nothing to do with it. He really just wanted me to take a negative hit through my bank by doing a chargeback and that , I wasn’t going to do, a kind manager later walked in, who solved the situation by SIMPLY offering me a cash refund instead , 40 minutes later
This is what should have been done from the get go , but instead this guy wanted to make his bad day, everyone else’s bad day, but hear me out, my day only got better from there on out as I got to see what a clown he was making of himself, and how I ultimately got what I deserved, my refund.
There are plenty of other gun stores to shop at, which have their own actual dedicated store front, with kind employees, unlike this one, where you have to walk into a professional building then go through a maze of doors and hallways just to get to one inky dinky room in the back, stuffed with arrogant low life people who call themselves firearm employees, which specifically Tyler, out of the bunch, was the most cringe, laughable human being I’ve seen in a long time
