I walked into this store last night 20 minutes prior to their closing time. A very nice Mac employee name Sossi was so kind to attend to me and help me find everything I needed. She was very helpful and efficient. I had a great experience shopping at this Mac store in Folsom.

Mac Palladio gives the best service to the customers. They go above and beyond. The store hours are showing wrong on Google. MONDAY through Saturday they are open 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.Sunday 11:00to 7:00

Kaylie was absolutely amazing and did not rush me whatsoever. She was running the store all by herself and gave each person all her attention one by one. She is personable and did show you me an array of products, at the same time, didn't push me to buy anything. Definitely will be back.
