I had a fantastic shopping experience at the DXL Big + Tall store at the Folsom Outlets on March 24, 2025! ?️? I was looking for a few new shirts for some upcoming vacations, and Brian, the sales associate, went above and beyond to help me out. ?✈️?
He was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, taking the time to understand what I needed and offering great suggestions. ?? Thanks to him, I left with three awesome shirts that fit great and will keep me looking sharp on the road! ??

“I found shorts, which is a miracle on its own! But the cherry on top was Liz who checked us out at the register and helped up get a great deal on the BOGO (which I had no idea about) and figured out how to split our purchases into two payments while maintaining the discount on our items. Literally a genius. She went above and beyond’s beyond her pay grade for us. I still feel bad for putting her through that but she was so kind and willing throughout the whole process! “I dropped in to get some more work appropriate clothes, and ended up buying other clothes too because I absolutely loved their style, stock and fit! There's a huge variety of options in this store with lots of space to maneuver around. Don't skip out on checking the sale racks spread across the store cuz there's definitely some amazing goodies hidden (and check the whole area cuz a lot of items were in the wrong sections - so your size could be in the larger section instead cuz staff just can't keep up with re-sorting them correctly i think). Friendly staff and service - checked if I needed help whilst allowing me space to browse in peace, lovely reception at checkout. They also had free wifi (handy for us overseas visitors), and restrooms - even though I didn't need it, something about how non-food stores in the US also has restrooms is really comforting and makes you feel more at ease with taking your own sweet time shopping.”

“This Tommy Hilfiger Outlet Store is one of the best stores in Folsom Premium Outlets. It is at the heart of the outlet mall. Close to everything in the mall. This store is always well organized and the salespersons are helpful. I can found what I'm looking for in a very short period. I can see the store does have a lot of good bargains in there. They are organized by size and color. Finding what I'm looking for is easy. The store is located in the middle of the whole outlet mall with many parking in front of it. You may have to park your car with a little walking to the store. They do have a few parking right in front of the store, but you have to be very lucky to get one!”
