The whole staff at this location will go above and beyond what you ever expected. Excellent service and great pricing. Call and schedule an appointment with them and they will take care of you. They work extremely hard and are quite busy a lot, so be patient with them!

A month or two late on this but I’m a busy mom??♀️
My sons BMW (Bring My Wallet?) needed work done and his regular repair shop was booked out and couldn’t even get the exact parts he wanted. A neighbor recommended we take it to Midas as they take their vehicles there.
Midas staff were able to order the parts my son wanted and had everything done in a few days. His car rides so much smoother and quieter now having the old parts replaced.
The most important part is they didn’t try to upsell my son or tell him other things were broken, as another shop did. Midas has honest employees and they fit you in as best as they can to fit your schedule.

Absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced! took my car in for repair in Sept, paid $3,000 for repair. Same issue occurred 7 months later. Midas said “it’s out of our 90 labor warranty”. Charged an additional $1,300 for exact same fix!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!
Try Natoma Station Auto Care in Folsom. Much better service and they stand by their work

Where do I begin with the vending machine and Josh, Peyton's stories or James, and the giant peach doing the official ceremony of his newest clientele. It was quite the afternoon just to get an oil change at Midas. You walk in thinking how long this is going to take. Unfortunately, you walk out thinking that wasn't quite long enough. I need more time with Peyton. What other knowledge can I pick from his dirty little noggin and clean dawn hands. While Josh works on my oil change and every two minutes, he gets the munchies and comes in to raid the under stock vending machine. James does what he does best and gives free tours of the facility while giving a play by play of the pros and cons of each vehicle in the world. Nonetheless, on top of being experienced entertainers, they just so happen to know the ropes around vehicles as well. They spot something on my car that Hyundai dealership missed the day before in a very detailed inspection I had with them. Go figured a dealership that specializes in Hyundais wasn't that great in specializing after all. But Midas saw it just by a visual. Well, Mr. Munchies did. It pays to snack before and after and perhaps during just like Popeye did! Josh, you are my Popeye, and my car is your Olive Oyl! Hyundai, you are Bluto!!!

Hilarious and Honest! Reassuring people that make me feel comfortable leaving my most prized possession in their care! These guys gave me a good laugh in a scary time, and I left feeling good knowing my car was in good hands. They showed me exactly what was wrong and walked me through their plan to fix it. Definitely making Midas my primary provider for car care from here on out!

I brought my vehicle in after experiencing exhaust fumes in the passenger compartment and suspension concerns. Not only were my concerns addressed, James worked late to get it back to me. I appreciate the casual professionalism, work ethic and honest provided. This was my 2nd occasion to use their services. The 1st experience brought me back. Their rate are competitive but their work ethic will keep me returning. Thank you, James and Midas.

On December 30th I had car issues and needed to drive back to Seattle. I had 4 - 5 shops in Folsom area tell me they don't have time for car repairs, or they were closing early for holidays. One shop even told me to come back next week. I explained my situation again to Midas and they me told they would make time. Thankful they made time to fit me in their busy schedule for same day repairs. James and his team was clutch and came through.

James was great . I had to work with him to address a manufactures issue with a rotor /pad combination for my wife’s car. He was professional , patient in describing the problem , and was quick to address the issue without giving any excuses. He worked with me during myltiplr visits to take care of the problem . I will recommend this Midas Site for my friends .
