I am a tourist from Canada. I had a backpack on. I walked in and was looking around. I asked one of the salesperson if I could use their washroom. He looked at me and didn’t even say a word. No smile or acknowledgement and proceeded to unlock the washroom door. He made me feel like a nuisance even though I was the ONLY person in the store!! Horrible experience!!!

Today I bought mens vest from this store this vest had 20% off sign when i come at counter they count it without 20% off when i asked that there's a sign she told me that mistakenly someone placed that sign I said you can check lots of vest are still there and the 20% sign but she said that it's wrong so hope someone investigate this issue with them and I don't recommend anyone to visit this fake store

Sweetest employees ever!!! They were super helpful trying to find the right size. They even told me about the option to order online if I cannot find something I like and they will ship for free!

The Old Navy in Folsom looks new and better organized inside than most Old Navy stores I have visited. They have lots of good deals on the Thanksgiving Black Friday weekend. They have many items all over the store waiting for you to bring them home. The customer service at the checkout counter is moving very fast. The parking lot is safe, and it is pretty easy to find parking.

I was looking for cute boys clothes and a shirt for an event.I was surprised I was able to find a plus size shirt that fit!I got my kids so cute shirts and my mom found a dress.When we were checking out we were charged for an item we didn't buy or have.I'm glad my mom checked the receipt.An employee helped us rectify the mistake but it did leave a bad feeling to go back.Just make sure to check your receipts!
