“I always come to Petco, and I’m always warmly welcomed by Thomas. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and always has a smile on his face. Every transaction is smooth, and he never makes me feel rushed. Nowadays, it’s hard to find genuinely caring people who take the time to provide great customer service, but Thomas consistently goes above and beyond. His positive attitude and willingness to help make every visit enjoyable. Petco is lucky to have him on their team!”
