I love petsmart! This store has a bunch of supplies and food for almost any animal. This location is almost never out of stock on something and is paired up with a few other services. They have a Bentfeuld Pet hospital here and a dog bath area! Puppy training and puppy boarding are also part of this store. I have no had complaints about this location.

Very nice staff! Always get greeted with a smile when we go in, and my dog loves going there to get groomed.

We bring our doberman here for grooming services and we are more than satisfied with the services. Our doberman sees Dominique and she is beyond phenomenal. Our boy is always so happy and excited to see her. He comes home smelling great, coat shiny, and breath smelling amazing. She goes above and beyond and makes sure he is loved and super clean when he returns. We highly recommend Dominique in the grooming center! She is truly amazing and very kind!

I believe that this location has two UC Davis veterinary graduates for the veterinary clinic. I’m disappointed but not surprised that the doctors don’t value the life of a parakeet because they are affordable and easily replaced.
After they recommended euthanasia for the second time I just stopped taking my pets to any UC Davis grad veterinarian.
After searching around I discovered that euthanasia is what UC Davis graduates specialize.
The veterinary school at UC Davis may be the best in the world but we are not talking about the medical school, this is about their graduates. This is what the so called #1 school in the world produces.
There are other veterinary clinics that do attend to birds and those doctors who are not trained by UC Davis did what they could to save the lives of my parakeets. Not one ever mentioned anything about euthanasia.
On behalf of my parakeets whose lives were taken away by the UC Davis graduates veterinarians, please protect your pet by avoiding such cold hearted doctors. ?

I went to PetsMart looking for cat items. They had a great selection of toys including ones with interchangeable heads. I bought 4 different attachments: mice, feathers, streamers, puff balls, etc. Found the Nulo cat food I was shopping for as well as a cat bed. My checkout process was quite nice. The cashier was friendly and helpful. In all I had a very positive experience.

Very friendly and associates were so helpful. I relay heavily on their knowledge. They asked qualifying questions to make sure I left with something that would work for my pup... and it did!

Paga (If that is Correct) is Amazing! She assisted us in the differential Rooms The Hotel offers customers and guided us throughout the entire journey of my baby’s first time. She ensured care for our baby!! Jacob is also Amazing and took care of our baby while we were on a cruise. He is very professional and straight forward. We will definitely be bringing our baby back! It’s good to know we can trust you guys with our child.

The experience we had at the Iron Point Road/Folsom location is top notch for doggie day care and lodging. Pet-smart also hosts special themed events on Thursdays. (Alien day, Sports day) The staff takes great care of my puppy whenever he visits. Prices are reasonable for lodging and doggie day care. The staff demonstrates best in class service.

Today we came to petsmart to adopt a cat. We were there for about an hour and I had to use the bathroom pretty desperately, so the sweet adoption lady told me the code to use it. I go and am typing in the code and it wasn't working. Then I was approached by the extremely rude assistant manager who told me the bathrooms were not for customers. There was no sign posted saying that was the case. I let her know the adoption lady gave me the code and the assistant manager chewed her out until she was in tears. Why would Petsmart hire bullies as their assistant manager? Our experience adopting our new fur family member was wonderful, but I will not be giving my business to Petsmart anymore. I recommend going to Petco instead.

It was a great experience scheduling a grooming session for my pet. Quick and easy check in and a call to pick up made it very convenient.

Excellent shop. Attentive and polite staff. Free parking. Various delivery and pickup offers. Huge selection and good prices. I come here sometimes and leave happy with the exceptional service.
