Very friendly and associates were so helpful. I relay heavily on their knowledge. They asked qualifying questions to make sure I left with something that would work for my pup... and it did!

The experience we had at the Iron Point Road/Folsom location is top notch for doggie day care and lodging. Pet-smart also hosts special themed events on Thursdays. (Alien day, Sports day) The staff takes great care of my puppy whenever he visits. Prices are reasonable for lodging and doggie day care. The staff demonstrates best in class service.

Today we came to petsmart to adopt a cat. We were there for about an hour and I had to use the bathroom pretty desperately, so the sweet adoption lady told me the code to use it. I go and am typing in the code and it wasn't working. Then I was approached by the extremely rude assistant manager who told me the bathrooms were not for customers. There was no sign posted saying that was the case. I let her know the adoption lady gave me the code and the assistant manager chewed her out until she was in tears. Why would Petsmart hire bullies as their assistant manager? Our experience adopting our new fur family member was wonderful, but I will not be giving my business to Petsmart anymore. I recommend going to Petco instead.

It was a great experience scheduling a grooming session for my pet. Quick and easy check in and a call to pick up made it very convenient.

Excellent shop. Attentive and polite staff. Free parking. Various delivery and pickup offers. Huge selection and good prices. I come here sometimes and leave happy with the exceptional service.

We made a special trip out because they closed at 10 pm on Dec 23rd. At 9:35 the door was locked and the older dark haired lady inside mouthed to us they were closed. The sign on the door clearly said the holiday hours that stated they closed at 10 pm Dec 23rd. So with no note the hours are discretionary by the older dark haired lady who was busy on her smart phone. Definitely don't recommend when the other pet stores within a mile are way nicer!

My daughter's passion is to rehab sick Bettas. Today we went to the Petsmart store on Ironpoint Road in Folsom, CA. Brianna helped her 3 days ago when she bought a sick Betta (most of the tail was missing) from her. Today when asking about a possible discount for a different sick Betta, she said their policy is not to sell sick fish and grabbed the fish out of her hands. We've been in this store plenty of times where we have been given discounts for up 75% off because most employees love that she rehab the Bettas. Not Brianna. When we called to get the name of the person we had talked to the lady that answered said she had heard some of the conversation and started to tell me about their policy again. I said I didn't ask what the policy was but who was the lady we had talked too. Then she admitted it was actually her that we had talked too and that her name was Brianna. Why didn't she just say from the start of the conversation when I asked who we had talked to that it was her instead of lying and pretending it wasn't? In my opinion, she's needs a job where she doesn't work with people. In addition, why did she go against "the policy" one day and not 3 days before? We will never shop at that location again.

All the aquariums there are very milky, and the guy was cleaning there as we were standing next to him to wait for him done. Then he came down and skipped us, helping someone else first. 'Cause I think he was not aware who came first. Well, I never have a person like to talk about what you want first and take you to smell the roses before getting the fish you want. First came to my mind, how do you remember which fish I want. There are so many in the tank.Then, the guy asked how big of a tank before he's willing to sell me a fish. I said I don't return the fish if it dies. He still said he won't sell me one. I have to point to him how big mytank is, then he started to take me smelling the roses, just a figure of speech. So we thought We're done with the bullshit. At the cashier, the cashier can't read. There are 3 skew # for each fish. Again, he asked how many fish were in each bag. The bags are literally sitting on the belt. He also can't count. He has to grab the fish dude to take care of us. Then they can't input my phone # to register the purchase. You know what, we'll drive a little longer to a local store to get fish next time. No more for us.

Never coming back here i wanted to buy gold fish and the one with pink hair tell me no i cant sell you fish and there where other people buying fishes. Really disappointed this place was my favorite place to go no no more

Great experience, loved it, my dog ? came home so happy, excited! And exhausted that she fell asleep early. Loved it! I knew she had a great day!
