Man, I have to say this place is awesome. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I took my 12+ year cruiser board in and asked some questions about potential upgrades and issues. The guys took it in, examined it, and even cleaned it for me. They fixed it up a bit and didn't even charge me. Extremely satisfied. Will be back for sure. 10/10

They had a pretty nice shoe selection, but really not much of anything else other than a few skateboards. I went in there to look for some new skate shoes and was completely ignored by both staff members, They didn't even acknowledge that I had come into the store, I felt like a ghost. I prefer shopping local and supporting local businesses, but only if they are deserving... Based on the service, or lack thereof, I decided to take my money elsewhere.

Bad customer service dude one the phone was like I’m with a customer I got to go and hung up poor customer service skills could of said can you hold at least SMH he should he retrained or better yet fired rude as well!

I had a badddddd kingpin problem that I couldn't get fixed. My first time in the shop, Matt happily took my board to the back and quickly had serviced both trucks. They had extra baseplates there that worked and he used those and didn't charge me. I asked for ledge spot recommendations and Matt showed me pics on his phone of the good ones in the area. I met one of the owners who was super friendly too. This is my favorite shop now, I will be coming back.

Came in with a gifted skateboard. Guy was in the back. I waited. Then I asked him what he could tell me about the board.(i am new to skating) He shruggged and said "look it up" pointing to the logo on the wheels. Then he walked away to the stock room twice, while i was trying to explain i was new to skating. I thanked him then left feeling terrible that I went there. (Not sure but maybe he was just having an off day. Either way i won't be coming back)
(The guy never said his name, he had a blue beanie and a short dirty blond beard, and medium dirty blond hair.)

I recently placed an order for some quite hard-to-find Adidas Puig Primeknit trainers, and made a mistake on the delivery details. SLA (it was Jason who helped me out) went out of their way to make sure everything arrived okay. I honetsly didn't think that type of online customer service existed any more, delighted to find out otherwise. Keep doing your thing guys!

Highly recommend this shop! My board was making a rattle sound when carving. I figured it had to be the bearings. Instead of selling me new bearings, the person helping me was willing to ride my board to figure out the issue. He offered to swap the bearings to some he had lying around in the shop. That wasn't the issue and he ultimately figured out one of the truck nuts was loose. He really went above and beyond and it is greatly appreciated honest people willing to help are out there! Thank you! Much appreciated!
