I was able to find an appt that fit my schedule and secure it on time. I walked in, and they were ready for me on time. The tech who drew my blood instinctively used a smaller needle! She was great!

Lucas was really rude to us. We went there with an appointment and forgot to bring a paper copy for doctors referral. While I went to get paper copy he been rude to my wife and asked to get in walk-in line even report has to done on specific time.

UPDATE: Since my 1-star review in 2018, which was a complaint about their reservations and check-in process, I am now giving them 5-stars. The phlebotomists have always been fine. Now their user friendly technology has made it a breeze to get an appointment and check-in. The phlebotomists are still excellent.

This location has a terrible sign-in process. First, I had to fill out an online form to book the appointment (ok so far). Then fill out much of the same information on a tablet at the front desk (ok but could be better if you saved my reservation info). Now the worst part... ... having to ALSO fill out a paper form. Really? 3 times for the same information??? . They couldn't save the information from the reservation to expedite the tablet and skip the paper? This is worse than the 1970's where all computer input started on a form before it was punched into a computer ONCE!! NOT TWICE!!! At least then, paid employees did the punching. You are putting redundant data entry on the customer's back. Wow! Business must be good to treat customers so poorly.
IT people and CUSTOMER SERVICE people really need to get it together and make it more customer friendly, at least make it as good as it was in the 1970s.
On a positive note, the personnel were very good. Front desk patiently listened to me grumble and agreed it could be better. Person drawing the blood was also very good.

I’ve been going to quest for years now and I’ve never been disappointed in the service. There’s been a few times that they That they have been swamped, but overall, I’ve really been satisfied with their service. I’ve been in and out in no time and always been treated with respect and kindness. The appointments online make all the difference in the world. I would highly suggest that you make an appointment online. You won’t be disappointed.

This place is a joke. Made two appointments on line and when I arrived early for both there was no appointment, no one to talk to and no one answering the phone.

I made an appointment online, fasted and showed up at my appointment time. When I checked in, it said I did not have an appointment. So they said I could take my chances on getting in and getting my blood drawn knowing I had fasted! After waiting 30 min with the waiting room almost empty, I went upstairs to LabCorp and got my blood draw immediately with no hassle and they were very nice unlike the people working at Quest on Creekside in Folsom. I won't ever go to Quest again!

I come to this lab frequently. Not too far from my home. Easy login when I arrive. Usually very punctual. All employees are very cheerful and easy to talk to. thanks.

Took my daughter for a blood test. They took her to room 3. The technician she got couldn't find her vein - poked her twice and couldn't get the blood. Then he called another co-worker - she had too much attitude and not nice at all . For their incompetency they blamed my 11 year daughter for lying and not drinking enough water. Not even a tone in their voice of apology. Very bad in medical service and they don't know their job and even how to deal with people.
