Yes QQ is cheaper than “regular” car wash; & relatively convenient. But my issue is with the Folsom location- consistently more cars than drying/vacuum stations can support leaving you to wait or just drive off. Next is when you are able to get into a stall the conditions really leave a lot to desire- meaning vacuums many times do not work, and ALL the time the place is filthy- full trash cans; garbage on the grounds and nary a person doing any clean or repair. Seems that local management needs to account for issues and staff accordingly but they do not! Other QQ locations visited by contrast do not have the same issues! Gotta be a “people in charge” issue. Tell me from this photo that this is normal?

This place is always my favorite because they provide towels to wipe your car down and whatnot. But today there was a young gentleman with longer hair there and his energy was so amazing. Good job!

Half the time, it gives me the wrong wash, and tire shine never works. I have requested callbacks from Corp. 12 times now with no one calling me back ever. Owners and management have no care for their customers, just taking their money.

I had a terrible experience. Quick Quack in Folsom damaged my car, it was captured on video, and they are refusing to take any responsibility. Please think twice before allowing their negligence to cost you thousands of dollars.

As I figured would happen I was contacted by an agent for the company who said there was no malfunctions or issues with the machine and it's not there fault. This is complete BS I even replied and asked for video etc and never got a reply. They will NOT take care of you save your money and your nice cars. Quick Quack you did me wrong! I promise my car damage cost will be made up in the lost revenue you get from everyone I let know what you did to me. Thanks so much for nothing.

TLDR: Disappointing operational decisionsOverall, I'm typically happy with Quick Quack, but this Folsom location has me concerned for two reasons. I work very close to this location and typically swing by twice a week.1- The top/front roller has been broken for a month. Your hood, windshield, roof, rear glass, and top of trunk, are NOT properly cleaned with just the size rollers and spray. I had to drive through twice, and it was still not properly cleaned. I only know this because when I came back around again to go back through the wash a 2nd time because my windshield was still dirty, the employee said something to the effect of "Oh, right. That roller isn't working so go ahead through a second time."2- The staff is NOT telling customers this even though they are completely aware. This is knowingly selling a defective product. I know this is the case because on two ocassions I was waiting in line with my window down so I can get my dash wipe and I heard non-member customers' interactions with the staff. They paid full price ($20+) for a single wash and no mention of this clear deficiency was made. This is unethical. They very well may not even notice until they get home how their car was not properly washed.I've followed up stopping by a few times a week, for multiple weeks, and I've asked "Is the roller fixed yet?" and "When will it be fixed?" They acknowledge knowing it's broken and have continued to stated "We don't know when it's going to be fixed. Maybe a few weeks." This was more than a few weeks ago. Get it together Quick Quack! This is not cool.

absolutely love the folsom quick quack car wash! the staff are always so friendly, and i can usually get my car washed in a jiffy with minimal wait times. Draven helped me today and provided excellent customer service! it was an easy decision to sign up for their membership, and i was so excited to try their pumpkin spice fragrance! 10/10 recommend this location!Services: Auto detailing
